    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection nozzle having simple construction for surely preventing fuel leakage from a nozzle hole. SOLUTION: An outer needle 5 has an enlarged inner-diameter portion 10 formed on the inner periphery side of the front end where an upper seat 5a is provided. On the enlarged inner-diameter portion 10, a second piece 5B is mounted via an intermediate member 5C. The intermediate member 5C has mechanical property of flexibility or elasticity more than the first piece 5A and the second piece 5B. When a lower seat 5b provided at the front end of the second piece 5B is seated on a second seat surface 8 and then an upper seat 5a of the first piece 5A is seated on a first seat surface 7, the intermediate member 5C can flex relative to the first piece 5A to permit a seat position to be displaced along the second seat surface 8 to the the downstream side.
