    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting error prevention device and a method for a cable which can prevent a cable from being cut erroneously and can cut the cable properly in a short time and with high efficiency by using a means for checking immediately if a cable not to be cut is included in a cutter and if setting the cutter is proper. SOLUTION: This device involves the first electrode tape 14 wound around a cable 12 to be cut, and the second electrode tape 18 wound around the outer periphery of the first electrode tape 14 with a continuity intake part maintained. The surface of the first electrode tape 14 is formed with the first electrode parts 20 and non-continuity parts disposed alternately. The surface of the second electrode tape 18 is formed with the second electrode parts and discontinuity parts disposed alternately. The outer periphery of the first electrode tape wound around the cable is formed with the second electrode tape wound around it and an indication part 30 for indicating the continuity or discontinuity of the first and second electrode parts.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely dry the inside of a bath room and hence prevent fungi from being produced by providing a chamber between a discharge port and an exhaust port of a bath room ventilating/drying fan, mounting a decorative frame on a front of a suction port of the ventilating/drying fan, and circulating and exhausting a part of exhausted air from the exhaust port toward a ceiling surface and side wall surfaces in the bath room over the degree of 360. SOLUTION: Air 5 in a bath room sucked in from an air suction port 2 of a ventilating/drying fan 1 is discharged into a chamber 12, and about 70% thereof is exhausted 6 to the outside of a room from an exhaust port 4 owing to pneumatic resistance of the exhaust port 4 and a discharge port 13. Remaining about 30% of the air is circulated and discharged from the discharge port 13 toward a ceiling surface 8 and side wall surfaces in the bath room over the degree of 360. The discharge port 13 is provided between an air suction port 9 and a decorative frame 11 having the air suction port 9, and the air circulated and discharged into the bath room flows toward the ceiling surface 8 and the side wall surfaces in the bath room over the degree of 360. For this, the ceiling surface 8 and the side wall surfaces in the bath room can be brought into a dried state unlike conventional bath room ventilation, and hence any fungii are prevented from being produced in the bath room.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce noises and increase the efficiency, by raising the whole fan casing to a specified angle with a delivery outlet used as a basic line and making a delivery part cylindrical and further providing a streamlining projection within the delivery part. CONSTITUTION:The fan casing 1 is raised as a whole by about 4 degrees with the delivery outlet 6 used as a basic line, in comparison with 10 degrees in conventional fan casings 2, in a ventilation device. The delivery part 7 is shaped to be cylindrical. And a streamlining projection 5 is provided in the delivery part in order to eliminate the disturbance of air stream in that part. In this way, while the air stream generated by the revolution of fan 3 flows from the delivery outlet 6 to the outside, the fan casing prevents the air disturbance in the inside thereof and prevents eddy flows and noises resulting from the eddy current. And further, the decrease of efficiency due to the eddy air current is prevented.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of vortex caused by the turbulence of air flow in a fan casing so as to dissolve the generation of noise and to improve efficiency by changing the shape of the fan casing and the position of a fan respectively, and changing also the direction of air flow. CONSTITUTION:A fan casing is formed into new shape 9 indicated by a continuous line instead of conventional shape 10 indicated by a broken line. A fan is also disposed in a new position 11 indicated by a continuous line instead of a conventional position 12 indicated by a broken line. Air is made flow in a new direction 14 indicated by a continuous line instead of a conventional direction 15 indicated by a broken line. An extended part 13 extended into the casing is provided in the vicinity of the discharge part of the casing so as to work as a current plate, and air flow generated by the rotation of the fan is discharged without the generation of turbulence. This constitution prevents the generation of vortex caused by the turbulence of air flow in the fan casing so as to dissolve the generation of noise and to improve efficiency.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the flowing efficiency of the air and the efficiency for changing the air to the hot air by using heat sincs on both surfaces of a heating element, and covering the whole with covers made of the heat resistant resin. CONSTITUTION:Heating elements 4 and a temperature control thermal 5 are fixed between electrodes 3, 6 with the thermal conductive adhesive, and heat sincs 2 are fitted on both surfaces thereof, and furthermore, the whole is covered with cases 1, 7 made of thermal resistant resin. The efficiency for changing the air passing through the heat sincs 2 to the hot air is thus improved, and the whole is made compact, and temperature can be controlled, and insulation is good, and handling is safe by adhering the heating elements 4 and the temperature control thermal 5 for fixation between the electrodes 3, 6 with the thermal conductive adhesive and fitting the heat sincs 2 to both the surfaces thereof.
