摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify the process of attaching a base to the bulb of an electron tube, which is carried out in manufacturing the electron tube, and increase the reliability of the electron tue by carrying out no thermal hardening treatments by usng a cold-setting silicone rubber compound, which has thermal resisrance, as a base cement provided between the base and the bulb of the electron tube. CONSTITUTION:A base cement 2, which is made of a cold-setting silicone rubber compound, is provided between a base 1 and a bubl 3. The above base cement 2 is prepared from a dealcoholized silicone rubber compound which contains a simple liquid and is hardened at room temperature. Attachment of the above silicone rubber compound is carried out in a simple way by applying it to the upper circumference of the base 1 with the help of an appropriate utensil such as a spatula, inserting the bulb 3 into the base 1, and leaving them for 12 to 24 hours. Since no thermal hardening treatments are carried out according to this invention, the attachment process for the base of an electron tube can be simplified, and the reliability of the electron tube can be increased.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the ultraviolet- and heat-resistant properties of a tubular lamp and promote fire prevention and/or environmental sanitation by employing a substance containing as its adhesive ingredient polyacrylamide or its copolymer, as an adhesive for a lamp body and a base. CONSTITUTION:A base is adhered to a lamp body via an adhesive. As this adhesive, is used a substance containing as its adhesive ingredient polyacrylamide or its copolymer. As a partner ingredient to be copolymerized with polyacrylamide, a vinyl derivative is used. An incorporation of 20-40wt% of an inorganic filler in the substance improves further its heat resistant property.
