CONSTITUTION:The title device is provided with a missile position detecting means 2, detecting the position of the infrared ray tracking missile M or the like of an enemy, a laser beam light source means i4, projecting laser beams, and a laser beam directing means 3, directing laser beams toward an infrared ray tracking missile and the like. Accordingly, the tracking device of various systems can be neutralized by utilizing the laser beams as a light source for jamming a missile. On the other hand, when the projected laser beams are utilized by the enemy as the target light of the infrared ray sensor and the like of a missile, the missile can be guided to a position apart from the defending object of our side whereby hitting of the missile against the defending object of our side can be aboided.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve detection with a high sensitivity regardless of environmental brightness by multiplying signal which is obtained from two terminals by plus and minus weight coefficients and then performing addition. CONSTITUTION:Light which is reflected by an object to be detected 5 passes through a lens system 1, its image is formed on a light-receiving surface, and then it is converted into light current by a light-receiver 2. This light current is converted into voltage by a current - voltage conversion circuit 11, a first output is supplied to a minus terminal of a differential amplification circuit 12, and a minus weight coefficient is multiplied. Also, a second output is supplied to a plus terminal of a differential amplification circuit 12 and a plus weight coefficient is multiplied. Then, two input signals are added by the differential amplification circuit 12, which is then output as a fist signal. On the other hand, after output of the conversion circuit 11 is amplified, it is supplied to a low-pass filter 15 for allowing only DC contents to be passed through for obtaining a second signal. A ratio of the first signal to the second signal is obtained by a judgement circuit 16, which is supplied to an output circuit 17 and a display circuit 18 as judgement signal.

    • PURPOSE:To enable economical detection of human existence in- and outside an automobile by constituting monitoring system of a light detection element having some sensitivity in visible light zone and using a spatial filter, and of a light source arranged opposite to and in front of the light detection element. CONSTITUTION:At a right hand side of an automobile 1 to be parked in a parking lot 2, which has an enough length to cover the full length and height of the automobile 2, a light detection element 10 consisting of a spatial filter of comb-teeth structure at its front side, and of a photo-electric conversion element of amorphous silicon having some sensitivity at visible light zone, is provided. Moreover, at an inner right hand side of an entrance 2A of the parking lot, an infra-red detection element 20 such as a pyroelectricity element and so on which detects wave length within an infra-red zone being emitted from a human body. Oppositely arranged electrodes 104 are constituted of mutually symmetrical combination of comb-teeth shaped first comb-teeth electrodes 1041 and second comb-teeth electrodes 1042 by mutual even pitch. By this procedure, at an amorphous silicon layer 103, sidewise insulation is quite high, almost all parts of electricity flows lengthwise and signals taken out from terminals of the electrodes in projected to the electrodes 1041 and 1042 to turn into light component, and therewith fine movement of human body can be well detected.
