      SOLUTION: Calcium and magnesium components in water are removed by using the humidification structure 21 comprised by carrying a positive ion exchange material 23 in a foam base material 22, and humidification air is supplied while suppressing scales by a simple structure by vaporizing water provided by the humidification structure 21. By carrying the positive ion exchange material 23 with a controlled particle diameter in the foam base material 22, fine uneven parts are formed on the foam base material 22, and humidification performance is improved.

The moisture in the air taken in from the intake port 2 by the air blowing means 5 is adsorbed by the adsorbing means in the adsorption mode, and the desorbed moisture in the desorption mode is exhausted from the exhaust port 3.
