    • PURPOSE:To make travel motion continuable even if such a trouble that interrupts injection fuel and stops an engine occurs by drawing out fuel in a constant fuel chamber from a fuel port at the sideward of a throttle valve in utilizing inlet negative pressure, and feeding the engine with this fuel. CONSTITUTION:When such a fail-safe measure that cuts off fuel and stops an engine 6 as trouble occurs is carried out, a controller 14 feeds a valve opening signal to an on-off valve 38, whereby a fuel pump 37 being already operated or started of its operation simultaneously with valve opening feeds the fuel to a constant fuel chamber 29. When the engine 6 rotates in succession or when it is once stopped and reopened, a throttle valve 1 is opened and inlet negative pressure of the engine 6 acts on a fuel port 24, thus the fuel in the constant fuel chamber 29 is drawn out. When the engine 6 is less than the specified temperature at the time of restarting, a cutoff valve 46 is opened so that fuel is also supplied even from a cold start fuel passage 45 where by constant fuel chamber 29 and the downstream side of the throttle valve 1 are connected to each other. With this constitution, even after stoppage for hours in the winter season, it can travel to a destination or a maintenance factory unaided.

    • PURPOSE:To control an actuator accurately with correspondence to the cooling water temperature in a system where the fuel injection pump having reciprocal piston will function as a choke mechanism or an acceleration pump when starting or accelerating. CONSTITUTION:Starting or accelerating fuel injection means 6 has a solenoid fuel injection pump 23 where the inlet 17 is opened through a path 18 to the float chamber 3 while the outlet 19 is opened through a path 22 to the intake path 1c of carburetor 1. Said pump 23 will reciprocate a piston 27 through control of the solenoid 29 of solenoid actuator 30 thus to eject the sucked and boosted fuel to the intake path 1c. The actuator 30 is controlled by control means 5 in accordance to predetermined program and if the cooling water temperature to be detected through water temperature detecting means 4 is low (or high), the frequency or the magnitude of the pulse voltage to be applied onto the solenoid 29 is controlled to the decreasing (or increasing) side.
