(2) Optimum reaction pH: in the vicinity of pH5 (in acetic acid buffer). (3) Optimum reaction temperature: approximately 50°C (in acetic acid buffer, at pH5). (4) Molecular weight: approximately 24,000 (by gel filtration method).
