    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container with a spout which can be easily manufactured because of a simple structure and can surely prevent outside air from flowing into the container when pouring out substance to be contained.SOLUTION: A container 1 with a spout has a nozzle part 10 and the spout 20 is welded to the base end of the same. The spout 20 has a flowing channel for pouring out substance to be contained to the outside, a welded part 22 having a general ship-shape in a cross section to which the fringe parts of a sheet member 2a, 2b are welded, and a flowing out opening 25 for flowing out the substance to be contained from the flowing channel to flow channel 10A of the nozzle part 10, a hollow part R1 and an adhering part R2 are formed in the flowing out channel 10A of the nozzle part 10 by welding the sheet-like members 2a, 2b to the welded part 22 for the spout 20, the substance to be contained can be poured out via the hollow part R1 and the adhering part R2 by cutting the front end of the nozzle part 10.
