Subsequently, as required, the movable transportation device 6 is moved so that cement and powder are transported arbitrarily to a desired storehouse via the transportation pipes.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve workability, by gradually mixing cement to produce concrete while transferring size-adjusted sand and gravel and compacting concrete by rolling after it is transferred to the site and laid down flat. CONSTITUTION:Larger gravel than a specified size in river sand and gravel fed in a material hopper 11 of a material feeder 10 is rejected by a stationary grizzly 12. The undersize sand and gravel are transfered by a main conveyor 20 while the transferred weight per unit hour is measured by a feed rate detector 23 and its signal is transmitted to an integrating meter 21. Next, the signal from the integrating meter 21 is transmitted to the cement screw 31 of a cement feeder 30 to add cement to the sand and gravel on the conveyor 20. The sand and gravel and the cement are mixed on an inclined screen 41 of a mixing device 40 to make concrete. Then after the concrete is transferred to the site and laid down flat, it is compacted by rolling.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a compact transportable batcher plant without the necessity of a specified power source by driving under oil pressure, mixers and a grout pump by the operational oil supplied from the oil pressure pump driven by an internal combustion engine. CONSTITUTION:The water cooling diesel engine 2 as an internal combustion engine is placed on a frame 1, and an oil pressure pump 4 is connected to the output shaft of the diesel engine 2. On the frame 1, two mixers 8 having rectangular agitation tanks 6 are provided, and the piston type grout pump 24 driven by an oil pressure cylinder 22, is placed on the flame 1. The diesel engine 2 drives the oil pump 4, and by the operational oil supplied from the oil pressure pump 4, both oil pressure motors 12 of both mixers 8 and the oil pressure cylinder 22 driving the grout pump 24 are driven under oil pressure. The slurry, as a kneaded fluid, kneaded by the rotation of the oil pressure motor 12 and exhausted from the mixers 6 is fed under pressure by the grout pump 24. A compact construction may be obtained by driving, under oil pressure, the mixer 8 and the grout pump 24.
