    • PURPOSE:To provide a method in which a wet extrusion molded tile can be cut well, chamfering of cut face corners can be carried out simultaneously at the time of cutting and a protruded spacer section for protecting the corners being brought into contact with other components can be formed on the cut surface. CONSTITUTION:A tile molding 10 is passed through a couple of rotating disks 16 located up and down and cut by the rotating disks 16. Chamfering sections 24 for chamfering surface side corners of a cut surface of the tile molding 10 are provided on the rotating disks 16, and sections between a blade section 18 of minimum wall thickness for notching formed in the given width of radius direction of an outer peripheral end and a chamfering section 24 are formed into thick wall section 20 protruding slightly on both surfaces of the rotating disks 16, and the chamfering of above corners is carried out simultaneously with the cutting of the tile molding 10, and also the cut surface is formed into the step shape by means of the thick wall section at the same time.

    • PURPOSE:To produce a molded object of a complicated shape by extruding a hydraulic inorg. compsn. from an extruder to cut the extrudate to form a plate-shaped molded object and supplying the molded object to a fixed mold and successively moving the fixed mold to a movable mold to subject the plate- shaped molded object to pressure molding by both molds. CONSTITUTION:An extrusion molding machine 1 is constituted of a plurality of the fixed molds 11 provided on a turntable 13 and a movable mold 12. The cavity corresponding to a molded object is formed between both molds 11, 12. When a hydraulic inorg. compsn. is extruded from an extruder and cut to be molded into a plate-shape molded object. When this plate-shaped molded object is supplied to the fixed mold 11, the fixed mold 11 is moved to the openable and closable position with the movable mold by the turntable 13. Both molds 11, 12 are closed and the molded object is molded into a cavity shape. The molds are opened and the fixed mold is moved and a molded object having a desired shape is demolded by a vacuum demolding device. Therefore, even a molded object having a complicated shape can be continuously molded.

    • PURPOSE:To certainly and economically produce a reinforced extrusion molded product and prevent the rusting of the reinforcing material of a finished cut part by interposing a synthetic resin material between preceding and succeeding reinforcing materials when a body is subjected to extrusion molding while the reinforcing material such as reinforcing rod or a metal net is inserted in the body and cutting the obtained raw product at the presence position of the synthetic resin material. CONSTITUTION:As a body, a compsn. prepared by kneading cement and a reinforcing fiber such as asbestos being main raw materials with water is used. A synthetic resin material 5 is used in the bonding of reinforcing materials such as reinforcing rods 4a, 4b each having appropriate thickness and length. The reinforcing rod 4a is inserted in an extruder 1 from the insertion guide 3 thereof to be extruded and, even when the tailing end of the reinforcing rod 4b passes through the guide 3 and the body flows in the guide, the reinforcing rod 4b is inserted while pulled by the reinforcing rod 4a and the body is immediately excluded. Since a raw product 6 is cut at the position 7 where the synthetic resin material 5 is present, cutting-off in finish cutting after curing is reduced and, since the reinforcing rods are not exposed to the cut surface, the rusting of the reinforcing rods can be prevented.
