    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imbalance measuring apparatus capable of reducing changes in the rotational frequency of a rotator even if the rotator is compact and light in weight and highly accurately measuring imbalance of the rotator.
      SOLUTION: A bearing 41 of a supporting part 4 for rotatably supporting a rotating shaft 11 of the rotator 10, which is an object of imbalance measurement, has a hollow U-shape, and jet openings 41b for jetting gas toward the rotating shaft formed in the bearing 41. Since it is possible to suspend and support the rotating shaft by the jetted gas without contact with the bearing, it is possible to reduce both resistance and changes in the rotational frequency. Then number and positions of the jet openings are appropriately decided.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which improves the accuracy of a balance in a rotor 1 and shortens the time necessary for making the balance of the rotor 1.
      SOLUTION: An unbalance measurement device is one with the rotor 1 supported axially by a bearing device using a static fluid. In the bearing device, a circumferential face of a rotating shaft of the rotor is supported at least two opened bearing shells 11, 11' which are supplied with the fluid. The device also has two bearing plates 12, 12', supplied with the fluid, and abutted against the ends of the rotating shaft of the rotor. A driving device 5 is separated, when the unbalance measurement process of the rotor 1 is performed. Preferably, the measurement process is performed, under the rotational behavior of the rotor 1 which varies with the passage of time.

    • PURPOSE:To aim at reduction in operation time, by installing plural tapped holes around a housing hole for a rotor shaft pat of a metallic jig, while adjusting the balance of a rotor rotating through the metallic jig with a screw. CONSTITUTION:A housing hole 20, where a shaft part 12 of a ceramics rotor 10 is fitted in, is installed in one end of a metallic jig 18, and each screw is attached to plural tapped holes 22 and 24 installed around this housing hole. The ceramics rotor 12 is rotated through the metallic jig 18, and these screws are screwed in these tapped holes 22 and 24 whereby rotational valance of the rotor 12 is adjusted. With this constitution, the time required for adjusting operation is reducible.
