    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the erroneous operation in which a valve seat is blocked during the initial stage of charging liquefied gas in a tank, by providing a valve member which moves upward integrally with a float floated up by the liquefied gas charged in the tank, and a fence for preventing, until just before the closing position, liquefied gas from flowing in. CONSTITUTION:A mushroom shape valve 14 is attached to the lower part of a valve rod 13 carrying a float 12 with the cylindrical valve foot 16 of a valve 14 and the valve rod 13 being loosely fitted, respectively, into a guide hole 15 in the center section of a valve guide 9 and a guide hole 17 in a valve cover 11, and a ring-like fence 19 is planted on the outer periphery of the flat top surface 18 of the valve guide 19 so that a shut-off part 21 formed in the lower part of the valve section 20 of the valve 14 may be substantially sealingly fitted into the inner surface of the fence 19. Until just before the position where the valve 14 closes the valve seat 5 of the valve member, the fence 19 in the valve guide 9 prevents the inflow of liquefied gas to the lower surface of the valve 14 so that during the period for which the level of liquefied gas reaches a liquid level A2 slightly before a predetermined liquid level to which liquefied gas is charged, pressure fed into a valve body 6 does not affect to the lower surface 22 of the valve 14.

    • PURPOSE:To ensure shutting-off of gas in abnormalities by bonding radially a valve rubber to a valve stem provided with a flat top to provide a structure determining the axial position of the valve rubber by an abutting portion having smaller diameter than said top. CONSTITUTION:A valve rubber 15 formed with a valve seat surface 12 abutting against a holding shoulder 8, a central aperture 13 adhering radially closely to a seal groove and a projection 14 on the rear side of the seat surface 12 is fitted onto a valve stem 11 provided with a flat top. Thus, the valve can be easily swung to absorb the inclination of mounting surfaces and a valve seat surface so that gas enclosing property is improved and gas can be positively shut off in abnormalities.
