    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface treatment system which can perform each treatment in different apparatuses as in flow production.
      SOLUTION: The surface treatment system 1 for a workpiece obtains a surface-treated workpiece by sequentially carrying a treatment cell 9 containing the workpiece to a series of apparatuses and supplying the workpiece to operations in the respective apparatuses, and includes; a carrying apparatus 2 for sequentially carrying the treatment cell 9 to a series of the apparatuses in the system; a carrying-in/out apparatus 3 for carrying the treatment cell in and out of the carrying apparatus; a surface treatment apparatus 4 for performing a surface treatment on the workpiece by receiving the treatment cell from the carrying apparatus and supplying a surface treatment liquid to the inside of the treatment cell while rotating the treatment cell; and a workpiece collection apparatus 5 for collecting the workpiece by receiving the treatment cell from the carrying apparatus, turning the treatment cell upside down, and squirting the inside of the treatment cell with water from below to flow out the workpiece. The carrying apparatus carries the treatment cell to the surface treatment apparatus, and then to the workpiece collection apparatus.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plating apparatus which effectively reduces defects to be formed on a workpiece.
      SOLUTION: The plating apparatus 1 is directed at accommodating the workpiece (W) in a pod 12 arranged in a plating tank 10 for storing a plating solution (F) therein, and giving plating to the workpiece (W). The pod 12 has: a pair of meshes 123 which pass the plating solution (F) therethrough but substantially do not pass the workpiece (W); and a liquid-passing means for making the plating solution (F) flow out from the inside of the pod 12 through one of a pair of the meshes 123.
