    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation type ozone liquid generation apparatus which does not require a special mechanism such as a dehumidifier in order to lower temperature of separated gaseous ozone and can highly efficiently generate ozone.SOLUTION: The ozone liquid generation apparatus is provided with an ozone generator for generating gaseous ozone, a gas-liquid mixer for mixing the gaseous ozone with liquid, a liquid storage tank for separating introduced gas-liquid mixture into gas and liquid and a circulation path for circulating the gas among the ozone generator, the gas-liquid mixer and the liquid storage tank. An ozone generating electrode of the ozone generator is constituted by arranging a cylindrical shaft formed from a metal body and a hollow tube formed from a dielectric in a concentric circular shape.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone generating apparatus capable of adjusting easily a generation amount of ozone, and stabilizing surely the generation amount of ozone.SOLUTION: In this ozone generating apparatus 100 including a first electrode 10 covered with a discharge body, and a second electrode 20 facing to the first electrode 10 and covered with the discharge body, discharge is generated between the first electrode 10 and the second electrode 20, to thereby generate ozone. The first electrode 10 includes a first electrode member (for example, a large electrode member 11) having a prescribed discharge region, and a second electrode member (for example, a middle electrode member 12) having a discharge region different from the first electrode member. The second electrode 20 is discharged with either of the first electrode member and the second electrode member.
