    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone generating body where the generated amount of ozone is not reduced by suppressing or preventing the influence of an applied voltage due to the prevention of the flowing of a high-frequency current into a connection line while suppressing or reducing the radiation of high-frequency noise from the connection line by preventing the flowing of the high-frequency current generated in a discharge electrode into the connection line.
      SOLUTION: In the ozone generating body 4 to generate ozone by the silent discharge of the discharge electrode 41 applied with a high voltage from a drive circuit 2, an inductance 43 is placed at the connection terminal 44 of the discharge electrode 41 and the connection line 5 extended from the drive circuit 2 is connected to the discharge electrode 41 via the inductance 43.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wastewater treatment apparatus which can be safely used, and can efficiently and sufficiently decompose fatty acids, especially hardly decomposable saturated fatty acids, contained in wastewater.SOLUTION: A wastewater treatment apparatus includes: storage means 1 which stores object wastewater 100 containing fatty acids; high frequency applying means 2 which applies a high frequency by an AC voltage or an AC magnetic field; vibration conversion means 3 which converts the high frequency applied by the high frequency applying means 2 into ultrasonic vibration; ultrasonic vibration means 4 which is connected to the vibration conversion means 3 and at least partially immersed in the object wastewater 100 stored in the storage means 1, and vibrated by the ultrasonic vibration converted by the vibration conversion means 3; and gas supply means 5 which supplies an inert gas from blow the ultrasonic vibration means 4 into the object wastewater 100 stored in the storage means 1.
