    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress frequency split when antennas approach to each other in a radio system where two radio apparatuses perform communication while opposing their loop antennas to each other. SOLUTION: Communication is performed by opposing and approaching a loop antenna 11 and a loop antenna 21 to each other. The radio apparatus on the side of the loop antenna 21 has a magnetic body 24 stuck to the metal enclosure of a battery (not shown) disposed on the inside of the loop, for example. A magnetic body 25 is wound at least partially around the loop antenna 21. The magnetic body 24 suppresses an eddy current produced in the enclosure of a battery but since the magnetic flux density penetrating both loops is strengthened, coupling between both antennas is strengthened to cause frequency split easily. On the contrary, external leakage of an AC magnetic field generated from part around which the magnetic body 25 is wound when the loop antenna 21 is excited is low, thereby reducing impact on the loop antenna 11. Consequently, coupling between the loop antennas is suppressed, thus suppressing frequency split. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
