    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more precisely analyze the dynamic characteristic of the reactive power of a power system with analysis of the dynamic characteristic by using an analyzing model for analyzing dynamic characteristic of reactive power which is set through correction using a C-term estimated value. SOLUTION: At the time of analyzing the reactive power Q at a load L, it is necessary to deduct the amount of the reactive power based on the charging capacity C of a system load connected in parallel with the load L. The amount of the reactive power is expressed, in such a way that the amount is proportional to the square of a step-like voltage change by giving the voltage change. In addition, the charging capacity C of the system load can be estimated by an arbitrary method, and the estimated value is called a C-term estimated value. Similarly, a load characteristic constant Ng of the reactive power can also be estimated by an arbitrary method. With the acquisition of the C-term estimated value and the load characteristic Ng of the reactive power, the dynamic characteristic of the reactive power Q is analyzed by using a reactive power characteristic analyzing model shown by the formula, where V0 and Vi respectively represent the voltage before and after making the step-like change and Vk, V', and Δt respectively represent the voltage when a k-th sample is collected during the step-like voltage change, the rated voltage, and intervals among measurement data.
