摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a double layer rubber hose having excellent heat resistance by forming an inner surface rubber layer of an ethylene propylene rubber vulcanized substance and an outer surface rubber layer of an acryl rubber vulcanized substance, and vulcanizing the two layers as peroxide vulcanizing system for adhesion to each other. CONSTITUTION:An inner surface rubber layer 1 making contact with hydrothermal fluid and an outer surface rubber layer 3 making contact with high temperature air are vulcanized for adhesion to manufacture a double layer rubber hose. The inner surface rubber layer 1 is formed of an ethylene propylene rubber(EPR) vulcanized substance and the outer surface rubber layer 3 is formed of an acryl rubber(AR) vulcanized substance. The vulcanized substances form a peroxide vulcanizing system to improve vulcanization adhesion strength. A portion where the inner rubber layer makes contact with an outer surface rubber layer, i.e., the external inner surface rubber layer 1b, is formed of an EPR vulcanized substance blended with silica.
