    • PURPOSE:To achieve the high between-layer adhesiveness by forming a rubber layer interposed between a rubber layer of acrylic group rubber and a fluorinated vinylidene resin and a rubber layer of epichlorohydrine rubber vulcanizate from an acrylic rubber vulcanizate and using the vulcanization system of dithiocarbamic acid zinc salt and dithiocarbamic acid ferric salt system, in a rubber hose consisting of the above-described both rubber layers. CONSTITUTION:An inner surface rubber layer 1 is made of a blend rubber vulcanizate of acrylic rubber and fluorinated vinylidene resin, and an outer surface rubber layer 3 is made of a rubber vulcanizate of epichlorohydrine rubber. An interposed layer between the above-described both layers is made of acrylic rubber, and the vulcanization system for the acrylic rubber is the common used system of dithiocarbamic acid zinc salt and dithiocarbamic acid ferric salt. The blend substance contains acrylic rubber and fluorinated vinylidene resin, and the weight mixing ratio for the former/latter is 95/5-40/60. Accordingly, the sufficient between-layer adhesiveness permitting the installation at the part where vibration is applied on an automile, etc., is provided, and the high gasoline deterioration resistance and high abrasion resistance can be provided.

    • PURPOSE:To secure the superior flexural fatigue resistance without reducing the gasohol resistance and gasoline deterioration resistance by using nylon 11 as polyamide, and compounding a benzene stearic acid amide group plasticizer in a specific PHR for nylon 11, in a fuel hose having an inner surface layer made of polyamide. CONSTITUTION:An inner surface layer 1 is formed from polyamide, and an intermediate layer 3 is formed from nitrile rubber, and an outer surface layer 5 is formed from chloroprene rubber, and a reinforcing layer consisting of polyamide fibers is interposed between the intermediate layer 3 and the outer surface layer 5. Nylon 11 is selected as polyamide, and a benzene sulfonate group plasticizer is compounded in 1-12 PHR (preferably in 4-8 PHR) for nylon 11. As benzene sulfonic acid amide group plasticizer, are selected butyl benzene fulfonic acid amide, etc. Accordingly, a hose in which flexibility, gasohol resistance, and the gasoline deterioration resistance are balanced can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To secure the drastically superior gasoline permeation resistance by forming a rubber vulcanizate layer consisting of a blend polymer component of nitrile rubber and chlorinated vinyl resin. CONSTITUTION:A fuel system hose 5 is formed from a rubber vulcanizate consisting of the blend polymer component of nitrile rubber and chlorinated vinyl resin at least in one layer. The blend ratio of nitrile rubber/chlorinated vinyl resin is 80/20-60/40. As nitrile rubber, is used the high nitrile rubber containing a nitrile quantity of 36-39%. The high or extremely high nitrile rubber containing a nitrile quantity of 40-55% is used, and an antifreezing plasticizer is used. Nitrile rubber containing the liquid nitrile is desirably used. The molecular weight is ordinarily 1,000-1O,000, and the content is 2-30%. As the antifreezing plasticizer, are used dibutoxy.ethoxy.ethyl adipate, di-iso-decyl adipate, etc. Accordingly, the superior gasoline permeation resistance is secured, and other physical properties are superior.

    • PURPOSE:To improve heat resistance and thermal aging resistance of a fiber by forming a rubber element in an EPDM compound of ethylene propylene non-conjugate diene terpolymers blended at a specific weight ratio, further mixing a peroxide group vulcanizing agent and an allyl group cross linking agent, and forming fiber reinforcing material of aromatic polyamide. CONSTITUTION:A fiber-reinforced rubber hose is provided with a rubber layer formed of a peroxide vulcanized group EPDM compound, and fiber reinforcing material is buried into the rubber layer. A rubber element in the EPDM compound is formed of ethylene propylene non-conjugate diene terpolymers of 20-100 and more than 200 in Mooney viscosity: ML1+4(100 deg.C) blended at the weight ratio of the former/the latter = 90/10-60/40. 2-8 weight parts of an peroxide group vulcanizing agent is mixed into 100 weight parts of the rubber element, and 0.5-5 weight parts of an allyl group cross linking agent is mixed into 100 weight parts of the rubber element. The fiber-reinforcing material is formed of aromatic polyamide. The reinforced rubber hose excellent in the thermal aging resistance (age resistance) can be thereby obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To secure the high adhesiveness between an outer pipe and an inner pipe by forming the second inner pipe layer from an acrylic rubber vulcanizate and forming the first outer pipe layer from an epichlrohydrine rubber vulcanizate and forming an interposed layer which possesses the superior close adhesiveness for both of the CSM vulcanizate and AFM vulcanizate. CONSTITUTION:As for a multilayer rubber hose consisting of an inner pipe 11, reinforcing layer 5, and an outer pipe 13, the inner pipe 11 consists of the first inner pipe layer 11a and the second inner pipe layer 11b, and the first inner pipe layer 11a is prepared by a vulcanizate of the blend rubber (AFM) which contains acrylic rubber and PVDF and has the weight mixing ratio of the former/the latter = 95/5-40/60. The outer pipe 13 consists of the first outer pipe layer 13a and the second outer pipe layer 13b, and the first outer pipe layer 13a is formed form a vulcanizate of epichlorohydrine rubber, and the second outer pipe layer 13b is formed from a vulcanizate of chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber (CSM). Accordingly, a multi-layer rubber hose which possesses the sufficient between-layer adhesiveness and is provided with high deterioration resistance for gasoline and abrasion resistance can be obtained.
