CONSTITUTION:Housings 2, 3 getting a fixed basic plate therebetween are provided, a fixed scroll 11 is provided in the housing 3. A movable scroll 12 is provided to opposite scroll portions 11b, 12b each other, recess portion forming plates 15, 16 are fitted to the fixed basic plate 4 and the movable scroll 12 with pins 17 respectively. A plurality of circular recess portions 18, 19 are circularly arranged to be provided to the recess portion forming plates 15, 16, a disposing member is disposed, a retaining ring 21 is engaged with a groove 20a to be connected integrally therewith to retain the disposing member. The vibration of the disposing member is prevented by the retaining ring to eliminate the generation of noises and early abrasion. And also its assembly becomes easy.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to change the compression capacity in multi-stages by providing a fluid hole connecting a compression chamber with the low pressure side along the spiral of a fixed scroll at a position closer to the center part than a fluid entrance to the compression chamber and providing a compression delay valve mechanism and a suction throttle valve mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A suction throttle valve mechanism 8 provided in a suction passage 71 reaching a suction chamber 7 in a first housing 1 is composed of a spool 82 through a spring 83 in a column-like cylinder 81. The opening area of the suction passage 71 is changed corresponding to the pressure of a pressure control chamber 8a separated by bellows 85 connected with the spool 82. A fluid hole 91 is formed in the bottom plate of a fixed scroll 10 along the spiral of the fixed scroll 10 at a closer position to the center part than a fluid entrance 72 connected with a compression chamber 5 in the middle of compression from the suction chamber 7, so the compression chamber 5 is connected with the suction chamber 7. This fluid hole 91 is opened and closed by a compression delay valve mechanism 92 equipped with a valve 921 driven by an electromagnetic 920.

    • PURPOSE:To aim at absorption of a starting shock, by dividing a drum to be installed in facing to a driving wheel into the inner drum and the outer one, and installing a pair of friction plates to contact or separate to or from the outer drum and the driving wheel via an electromagnet. CONSTITUTION:There is provided with a drum 7 free of loose rotation in making it face to a driving wheel 3. This drum is made up of being divided into an inner drum 7A and an outer drum 7B, and a pair of friction plates 10 and 11 are attached to the outer drum 7B and the driving wheel 3 face-to-face, while they are installed free of contact or separation to or from the drum 7B and the driving wheel 3 via an electromagnet 12. With this constitution, at the time of clutch engagement, such a state that the outer drum 7B is attracted toward the driving wheel 3 owing to action of the electromagnet 12 and rotation of the driving wheel 3 is transmitted to the drum 7 as producing slippage between both these friction plates 10 and 11 is secured. That is to say, at the clutch engagement, a so-called half clutch state is secured for the specified time long and afterward a normal engagement state is secured owing to action of centrifugal force.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent abnormal rise of pressure due to compression of liquid and to thereby protect vanes of a vane compressor against damage, by shaping the inner wall surface of a cylinder in a form satisfying a particular relationship, and selecting the inner diameter of the cylinder to be 0.02-1mm. greater than the minimum length of the vanes. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 10 is not shaped in a perfectly circular form but shaped in a form satisfying a particular relationship. That is, in a section B shown in the drawing, a tip seal 72 is urged outward from its slot 68 along with rotation of a vane 62 and kept in contact with the inner wall surface of the cylinder 10. Therefore, when pressure in a compression chamber 74 is raised to a level overcoming the above urging force, the tip seal 72 is forced back into the slot 68 by the pressure in the compression chamber 74 and a predetermined clearance (0.02-1mm.) is formed between the tip seal 72 and the inner wall surface of the cylinder 10. Resultantly, the high pressure developed in the compression chamber 74 is released through the clearance into a compression chamber 76 preceding the vane 62 and then into a discharge chamber 22, so that it is enabled to prevent abnormal pressure rise in the compression chamber.
