    • PURPOSE:To increase rigidity of a machine body and decrease defective effect of flue for easier maintenance of the machine by installing a holder lifting mechanism and an auxiliary winder within a bobbin holder box of a channel structure formed by base members and an intermediate frame member. CONSTITUTION:When an instruction of lifting a bobbin holder is transmitted to an air cylinder 6, a bobbin holder bracket 8 is rotated around a shaft 15, moving up in an opening of base plates 2. As the cylinder 6 rotates the bracket 8, a spring 16 is activated beyond a dead point to push up the bobbin holder 1, and a damper 17 is employed to prevent vibration of the holder 1. As, in this way, the lifting mechanism and auxiliary winder are provided within the channel structure with only the holder 1 projecting, the rigidity of the holder box is sufficiently assured by unitary combination of brackets 5 of both base plates 2, 2 and the intermediate frame 4, and internal installation of the lifting mechanism and the auxiliary winder facilitates cleaning, that is, elimination of flue or the like.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent bulge and loosening of string by moving the drive band of winding drum with correspondence to increase of cone diameter in axial direction thereby regulating the winding tension and enabling cone winding with desirable winding tension. CONSTITUTION:A holder arm 1 is secured to a shaft 12 while a cradle arm 5 is fixed to one arm 1 to journal bobbin holders 10, 10' rotatably to said arm 5 and another arm 1 thus to support the bobbin 8. While a bevel gear 14 is secured to the end of shaft 12 and a bevel gear 16 is secured to the cam shaft 19 to gear said bevel gears 14, 16 while furthermore, a cam 2 is stopped to the end of cam shaft 19 and a drive band 20 is applied on the circumferencial face of winding drum 7. Consequently, upon lift of holder arm 1, said shaft 12 will rotate and transmitted through bevel gears 14, 16 and cam shaft 19 to the cam 2 to move the winding drum 7 in axial direction while simultaneously move the drive band 20 in axial direction of cone resulting in cone winding with such tension as corresponding with the diameter of cone.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a joining operation of constituent pieces divided into two parts constituting a duct for pneumatic clearer and unnecessitate post- processing after joining. SOLUTION: This duct 1 is divided into a first constituent piece 2 for constituting the bottom wall and a second constituent piece 3 for constituting other wall face. The first constituent piece 2 forms a hanging piece 2b on the both sides in the longitudinal direction of the plate part 2a and plural holes 4 are formed in the hanging piece 2b. Engaging parts 6 are formed at positions corresponding to the holes 4 in the lower part of a front wall 1a and a rear wall 1d. The engaging parts 6 form notches having prescribed length from the lower end of the front wall 1a and the rear wall 1d, and the engaging parts are bent so that the engaging parts extend parallel to other part of the front wall 1a or the back wall 1d in the inside by same distance as wall thickness of the first constituent piece 2. A notch part 7a is formed by removing a second end part of the hanging piece 2b, and end face of hanging piece 2b corresponding to the notch part 7a becomes a positioning part 8 in the longitudinal direction in the case in which the end face of the hanging piece 2b corresponding to the notch part 7a mutually connects ducts 1.

    • PURPOSE:To feed a vacant bobbin in parallel, when a full bobbin which is doffing-processed on a spinning machine is transferred to a prescribed bobbin accommodating container. CONSTITUTION:A belt conveyor 2 is installed in extension in the lower part of a spinning machine board 1. The belt conveyor 2 is equipped with a driving pulley 3, driven pulley 4, and an endless conveyor belt 5 laid between both the pulleys 3 and 4. The conveyor belt 5 is equipped with two pairs of peg rows each of which is constituted so that the pegs 5a in the equal number to that of spindles are installed projectingly in the equal interval to the arrangement pitch of the spindles. The belt conveyor 2 is driven so that a full bobbin F fitted on the peg 5a and a vacant bobbin E shift from the out end OE side to the gear end GE side. On the out end OE side, a vacant bobbin feeding device 9 for feeding the vacant bobbins E one by one to the peg 5a is arranged. At the gear end side end part of the belt conveyor 2, a picker 6 and an auxiliary conveyor 8 are arranged.
