The fluctuations in output are decreased between adjacent tracks in this way and the excellent recording and reproducing characteristics are obtd. for the uniform and high- density recording at respective points.

CONSTITUTION:A guide sleeve 27 is inserted into the through-hole 2A of a rotating plug 1 which constitutes a part of a shut-off plug (not shown) for closing the upper aperture of the reactor container of a fast breeder and a stationary door valve 27 is provided in the upper part thereof. A casing door valve 22 at the bottom end of the vertical drive casing 21 is first coupled to the door valve 27 and after valve disk 28, 29 of the respective valves are opened, the hold-down shaft 23 is lowered down to the top of a reactor core 31 at the time of exchanging fuel 30. A gripper 24 is then lowered to grip the fuel 30. The fuel is withdrawn and is transferred by rising the hold-down shaft 23 several tens mm and rotating the rotary plug 1. The fuel is then inserted in reverse order. The hold-down shaft 23 is also housed together with the gripper 24 into the casing 21 during the time except at the time of the exchange.

CONSTITUTION:For the input of the data, to which respective types of signals for an error correction are added, the error is detected by an error detecting circuit 1 and corrected by an error correcting circuit 2. On the other hand, when the error is detected by the circuit 1, the error quantity is detected by an error quantity measuring circuit 3, and it is inputted to an alarm signal generating circuit 5. The circuit 5 compares the measured error quantity with the set value of the allowable error quantity setting circuit 4, and generates the alarm signal. At such a time, the set value is set at a certain value in the correctable range by the correcting function of the circuit 2. In addition, the alarm signal of the circuit 5 and a maximum error quantity signal from an error quantity maximum value storing circuit 6 are inputted to a displaying circuit 7, and displayed. Thus, the uncorrectable error is prevented from generating beforehand.

The tape is passed between a magnetic transfer head 3 cooled at -20 deg.C and a roller 4. The coercive force of the master increases and the coercive force of the slave decreases at the temp. lower than ordinary temp. in the case of this combination. The transfer AC magnetic field generated from the magnetic circuit in the head 3 acts on the slave tape 2 and the magnetic transfer of signals is executed from the master 1 to the slave 2 with high efficiency. The slave tape 2 restores the coercive force to maintain the good high- density characteristic at the time of using the same for regeneration.

    • PURPOSE:To make recording and transfer with good transfer efficiency and good quality by using a magnetic recording medium on which magnetic powder consisting of hexagonal ferrite is coated as a slave medium. CONSTITUTION:The hexagonal ferrite expressed by the formula MO.n(Fe2O3) (where M denotes at least one kind among Ba, Sr and Ca and n=5-6) is used as the magnetic powder of the slave medium. At least one kind among Co, Nb, etc. is added thereto to control the coercive force and part of Fe of the hexagonal ferrite may be substd. with these elements. The hexagonal ferrite is the hexagonal planar particles and the plate surface of the particles is easily made parallel with the recording medium surface. Since the axis of the easy magnetization is perpendicular to the plate face, the particles can be easily vertically oriented and non-oriented (oriented in all directions) by a magnetic field orientation treatment or mechanical orientation treatment. The medium in the non-oriented state which is not the intra-surface oriented medium is thus obtd. as the slave medium.

The effective value and the reference value set in a setting circuit 18 for the reference electric power value of the supply electric power to a target system are compared in a comparator circuit 17 and the electric power to the target system is controlled via an electric power control circuit 12 by the signal from a control signal circuit 19 until both values coincide with each other. The sputtering rate is thus maintained constant with respect to time and the thickness of the film formed by sputtering is easily controlled by which the film having a specified characteristic is obtd.
