    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame structure of an apartment house, which prevents the length of a party wall from being limited, while being equipped with the advantage of preventing the protrusion of a column and a beam into a living space.
      SOLUTION: In the apartment house 10 wherein a plurality of dwelling units are juxtaposed on each floor, a frame 30, which comprises the column 13 and the beam 12, composed of a steel-frame concrete structural member, is erected in the state of facing both outer peripheral surfaces, in a longitudinal direction in a plan view, of the apartment house 10; a plurality of studs 15, 15... are erected between the columns 13 and 13, arranged in an opposed state, along the party wall between the dwelling units 11 and 11; binders 14, 14... are continuously provided between the studs 15 and 15 and between the stud 15 and the column 13; and a slab floor 40 is formed on an almost horizontal plane which is formed of the beam 12 and the binder 14 on each floor. On different boundaries in the direction of a main reinforcement of the slab floor 40, a binder 16 is laid between the studs 15 and 15 almost in parallel with the beam 12. The studs 15 are arranged inside the party wall, and the binders 14 and 16 are embedded in the slab floor 40.
