Respective seal members 22 are arranged in respective seal receiving spaces 21 formed between the respective bush fitting holes 13 of an arm boss 11 and the respective flange parts 19, and dust and the like are prevented from invading between the slide faces 16A, 16B and the slide faces 18C, 19A.

Thus, the depths of the holes 6 and 7 will become identical, resulting in equalizing respective thicknesses of the parts 2 and the sensitivities of respective parts 2.

CONSTITUTION:An insulation film 2 is formed on an upper surface of a metallic diaphragm base 1, and an amorphous silicon film 3 is formed on the film 2. A region of a part of the film 3 is heated by a laser device, etc., to be changed into polysilicon, so that four semiconductor distortion gages 4 and six electrodes 6 are formed in a buried state. A Wheatstone bridge circuit is constructed on the distortion gages 4a to 4d, while the electrodes 6a to 6f are electrically connected to the distortion gages 4. Balance adjusting resistors 5 are formed for the distortion gages 4 for example in contact with the distortion gage 4a. Thus a resistance value between the electrodes 6a and 6f drops. An amount of the drop can be set to an optional value by adjusting an area of the resistors 5. Thus zero adjustment of the bridge circuit is performed.

In this case, a reflected wave 13 returns to the lens surface 5, but it returns to the center part 5A since a reflecting point on the surface of a sample 10 is shifted from the axis of the lens surface 5, and a focal position is different from the peripheral part 5B, the propagation direction in a lens 1 does not become parallel to the axis of the lens surface 5, and does not reach the film 2. Accordingly, information by the peripheral part 5B decreases. That is, the aspherical shape of the peripheral part 5B executes a part of an edge and the generation of a noise is reduced, and also working of the edge becomes unnecessary, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
