    • PURPOSE:To connect a shaft end to a metallic member without cutting off fibrous material and increase tensile strength or the like, by a method wherein the shaft end of a rod member, made of fiber reinforced resin, is fitted into the hollow section of the metallic member and the end face near the hollow section is pushed into the axial direction of the rod member to press the inner peripheral wall of the hollow section to the outer peripheral surface of the shaft end. CONSTITUTION:A rod member 11, consisting of fiber reinforced resin, is formed so as to obtain a round rod and the shaft end 11A of the rod member 11 is fitted into the engaging hole 13B of the base 13A of the metallic member 13. The periphery of the base 13A is restrained by a protecting tube 17 or the like, a punch 16 is penetrated through the rod member 11, pushed by a hydraulic press or the like, to punch a pressurized recess 14 by the tip end of a small diametral protrusion 16B and cause plastic deformation on the base 13A whereby the inner peripheral wall of the engaging hole 13B is pressed to the outer peripheral surface of the shaft end 11A of the rod member 11 to connect the base 13A to the shaft end 11A. Not only the rod member 11 is connected to the metallic member 13 by a pushing part 15 but also the pushing part 15 is formed so as to be convex inwardly into the radial direction of the rod member, therefore, the strength of the fibrous material 12 may be utilized sufficiently to integrate both members strongly without cutting the fibrous material 12 by the pushing part 15.

    • PURPOSE:To avoid cuffing fibrous material, and to increase the tensile strength or the like of the title tubular body remarkably and improve the reliability of the same, by a method wherein a metallic mounting member is fitted to the outer periphery of the tubular member, and a reinforcing member is fitted to the inner periphery of the end of the tubular body, while the end face of a hollow section is pushed axially to press the inner peripheral wall of the mounting member to the outer periphery of the end and pinch the end of the tubular member between the mounting member and the reinforcing member. CONSTITUTION:Resin, with which into a fibrous material 22, is cured by heat, and a mold member is extracted to form a tubular member 21. A step 21B is formed on the inner periphery of an end part 21A, and a reinforcing member 23 is fitted thereto. The end part 21A is inserted into the engaging hole 24A of a mounting member 24, and a punch 27 is penetrated on the outer periphery of the tubular member 21. The punch is pushed by a hydraulic press or the like against the mounting member 24 to punch a pressurized recess 25 while a pushing part 26 is formed in the engaging hole 24A whereby the end part 21A is pinched between the mounting member 24 and the reinforcing member 23 to connect and secure to each other. The pushing part 26 is formed so as to have a depression inwardly in the direction of radius, therefore, the fibrous material 22 will never be cut off and the strength of the same may be utilized to integrate both members.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to greatly improve durability and life by definitely preventing the occurrence of a deviated wear at the coupling portion between a working machine and its frame. SOLUTION: A boom 9 is provided at the base end side of a working machine, and the base end side 9B of the boom 9 and a swing frame of an upper swing body are coupled with a spherical bearing 15. Also, a boom cylinder 12 for a boom 9 and the swing frame are coupled by a spherical bearing 21. And the spherical bearings 15 and 21 are formed with female joints 16 and 22, male joints 17 and 23 fitted in these fitting holes 16B and 22A in a sliceable manner, and anti-pull-out plates 19 and 24. Also, the female joint 16 is fixed to the swing frame, and the female joint 22 is fixed to a base seat 16A of the female joint 16. And the male joint 17 and 23 are respectively attached to the base end side 9B of the boom 9 and the base end side of a boom cylinder 12.
