    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an abnormal grain drying operation from continuing, by measuring the exhausted air temperature of a far infrared radiator tube, and by using the value for the temperature control of the hot air to be fed into the far infrared radiator tube to detect the abnormaly high temperature or the deficiency of the amount of far infrared radiation during the drying operation. SOLUTION: In a drying process, the moisture content (h) for every fixed time is measured by a moisture meter to be memorized (S14) into a memory Ha. The difference between this memory Ha and the target moisture content Ho is obtained (S15), and then whether drying is completed or not is determined. If it is completed, a burner and each motor are fumed off (S19) (S20). If it is not completed in the case where a counter i >=4 (S16), and where the difference between the actual drying velocity Va (S17) and the standard drying velocity Vs >= the allowable drying velocity α, the target temperature is decreased by the target re-regulated temperature β at the time when the drying velocity is too high. The target temperature is increased by β, when the drying velocity is too low. Thereby, the leak of hot air and the extremely high or low temperature of the hot air due to the abnormality of the burner can be detected roughly precisely.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically travel and to perform the respective kinds of operations while detecting a magnetic field generated from the same guiding cable laid on a field. SOLUTION: A pair of magnetic field detectors 6 equipped in a farm vehicle are made offsettable from the width direction center position of a car body to the left and right, the offset position is offset to a position set beforehand or for a set amount and movement and adjustment from the position to the left and right is made possible. The magnetic field detectors 6 are arranged for plural pieces with appropriate intervals in left and right directions and they are switched and used. A traveling auxiliary device for displaying the deviation of the left and right center of the magnetic detector 6 and the position of the guiding cable 2 is provided and the magnetic field detectors 6 are attached to both front and back positions of the car body. The guiding cable 2 is laid along an operation route for performing the operation of a widest operation width among the respective kinds of the operations such as cultivation grading, soil pudding, basal fertilizer application, rice transplanting, seeding, weed control, additional manure, disease and pest control and harvesting, etc., the actual operation widths of the respective kinds of the operations are turned to a value smaller than 1/1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 or l of the laying interval of the guiding cable 2 and the automatic traveling is made possible only by the same laid guiding cable 2.

    • PURPOSE: To clean a definite amt. of unpolished rice by a simple structure, in a rice cleaning machine being a pretreatment apparatus adapted when the taste of produced rice grains is inspected, by moving a supply cup and a semi- hulled rice cup up and down and returning the rice grain discharged from a discharge part to an upper supply hopper to clean the same. CONSTITUTION: A current is supplied to motors 11, 34 to allow a supply cup 4 and a semi-hulled rice cup 24 to fall to fill the supply cup 4 with unpolished rice grains, and the supply cup 4 is mounted on a support arm 9. The wt. of unpolished rice grains is measured by a weighing device 5 and the semi-hulled rice cup 24 is inclined toward a semi-hulled rice outlet by a motor 34. The supply cup 4 is raised in this state to be passed through the passage 14 between guide frames 12, 13 to be fitted to the reversal trough 16 of a reversal device 15 and reversed downwardly by centering around a shaft 10 to supply unpolished rice to a supply hopper 2 to clean the same in a rice cleaning part 1. After semi-hulled rice is taken out to be put in the semi-hulled rice cup 24, a discharge part 3 is changed over to take out cleaned rice to the supply cup 4 set to the lower position.
