    • PURPOSE:To easily adjust the scattering amount of agricultural chemicals, by providing a secondary pressure control valve and an orifice chamber to the liquid feed pipe reaching a lance from the emitting port of a plunger pump for a chemical solution. CONSTITUTION:A spraying pressure control valve 6 and a secondary pressure control valve 16 are provided to the liquid feed pipe provided to the emitting port of a plunger pump 1 in series and an orifice chamber 18 is provided to the part entering a lance 4 from the liquid feed pipe. The chemical solution in a chemical solution tank 3 is sucked from a strainer 14 and receives pressure by the secondary pressure control valve 16 through the spraying pressure control valve 6 to be sent in the lance 4 through the orifice 19 in the orifice chamber 18. Compressed air is injected in a nozzle 5 from the air passage 22 in the lance 4 to be mixed with the chemical solution injected to the nozzle 5 from a chemical solution passage 21 and a chemical solution outlet 20 to inject the chemical solution from the nozzle 5. Therefore, a scattering amount can be easily adjusted by the adjustment of the secondary pressure control valve 16 and the orifice 19.

    • PURPOSE:To simply eliminate the clogging of a spray nozzle by rapidly removing the solid or precipitate accumulated in the spray nozzle by providing a lid body closing a jet orifice of the spray nozzle on the front side of said nozzle so as to be movable from a closing position to the retracted position outside a spray region. CONSTITUTION:A lid body 7 capable of closing a chemical liquid jet orifice 32 is provided on the front side of a spray nozzle 3 so as to be movable from the closing position hermetically closing the jet orifice 32 to the retracted position outside a spray region. When the clogging of the chemical liquid jet orifice 32 is generated and the jet orifice 32 is closed by the lid body 7, the compressed air supplied under pressure from an air pump is allowed to flow backward to a chemical liquid tank through the chemical liquid passage of the nozzle 3 as shown by an open arrow and the precipitate (a) accumulated in the spray nozzle 3 is removed by this compressed air let flow backward and the clogging of the jet orifice 32 is eliminated.

    • PURPOSE:To control an opening area in a multistage fashion by one control body and to prevent the protrusion of the control body to the outside by providing the control body enlarged in its diameter outwardly in the radius direction of a hub to make the opening area of an air suction port alterable at the position opposed to the hub of an axial fan. CONSTITUTION:A spray nozzle 3 is provided in front of the blow-out direction in a casing 1 having an air suction port 11 and an air blow-out port and an axial fan 2 having a plurality of blades 22 provided to the outer periphery of the hub 21 thereof is mounted in the casing 1. A control body 7 enlarged in its diameter outwardly in the radius direction with respect to the outer peripheral surface of the hub 21 to make the opening area of the air suction port 11 alterable is provided by utilizing the space at the position opposed to the end surface 21a on the side of the air suction port of the hub 21. At this time, when the axial fan 2 is driven, a sprayed liquid is diffused from the spray nozzle 3 but the opening area is made max. in such a state that the above mentioned control body 7 is not enlarged in its diameter in the outer peripheral direction of the hub 21 and the opening area is increased when the diameter of the control body is enlarged to make multistage control possible.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the adjustment of a spraying amount and to stably perform spraying, by providing not only a plurality of pressure control valves on the way of a liquid feed pipe in series but also a float controller having an orifice chamber to the inlet part of a lance. CONSTITUTION:Pressure is applied to the excessive water of a spraying pressure control valve 6 by a secondary pressure control valve 16 and the chemical liquid, to which said pressure was added, is sent into a lance 4 through the orifice 19 in an orifice chamber 18 to be injected in a nozzle from a chemical liquid outlet 20. Compressed air is injected in the nozzle 5 from the air passage 21 in the lance 4 to be mixed with the chemical liquid to inject the chemical liquid from the nozzle 5. At the time of this spraying operation, a float controller A supplies the chemical liquid to a chemical liquid passage 17 in connection with a piston 28 and a spindle 35 and, when spraying is stopped, the supply of the chemical liquid is blocked by the recovery of the piston 28 and the air passage 21 is communicated with the chemical liquid passage 17 to immediately discharge the residual liquid in the passage 17.
