    • PURPOSE:To obtain the reluctance motor of high speed and high torque, by using a high DC power source according to output torque and rotational frequency, and by setting the sharp rise of exciting current, to return stored magnetic-energy to the power source. CONSTITUTION:With a multiplier circuit 53, the position detecting signal of input to terminals 51a, 51b is multiplied by the reference voltage for specifying the output torque of input to a terminal 58a. From an operational amplifier 57, the output of signal is generated when exciting current is made greater than the output of a multiplier circuit 58. Then, from a monostable circuit 56, the output of signal is generated for an only specified time. When the input of the position detecting signal is provided, then by an AND circuit 65a or 65b, transistors 10a-10d are turned ON, and the exciting current flows to an exciting coil A or B. While the output of the signal is generated from the monostable circuit 56, the transistors 10a-10d are turned OFF and magnetic energy stored in the exciting coil A or B is discharged to a power source.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic bearing which is small-sized and low-priced and has productivity by disposing the conical recess surfaces of the first and second magnets against the respective conical surfaces of the third and fourth magnets through a designated gap and magnetizing each opposing pair in the same polarity. CONSTITUTION:The first and second magnets 7a, 7b are fitted to both sides of a cylinder 1 made of soft steel, and conical recess portions are formed on the opposite surfaces of the magnets. The third and fourth conical magnets 6a, 6b are fixed to the end portion of a rotary shaft 5. The opposite surfaces of the magnets 6a, 7a are magnetized to have the same N pole, and the opposite surfaces of the magnets 6b, 7b are magnetized to have the same S pole. Voids between the opposite surfaces of these magnets are kept at equal set distances. Accordingly, by the resiliency of the same poles between the magnets 6a and 7a and between the magnets 6b and 7b, the respective magnets and the rotary shaft 5 can form a small-sized, low-priced and light magnetic bearing.

    • PURPOSE:To elongate durability hours broadly in a case of deceleration on high speed motor by providing a small diameter pulley on an output shaft of the motor and a first, a second pulleys in large diameter on both sides of the motor, and putting on belts respectively between the small diameter pulley and the first, the second pulleys and between the first and the second pulleys. CONSTITUTION:While a motor A is stopping, a small diameter pulley 2 receives force to left ward owing to tension on a belt 5. Again, due to tensions on belts 7a, 7b, the pulley 2 receives force to right ward. When it is established so as to become equal in tension on the belt 5 to tensions on the belts 7a, 7b forces for the pulley 2 cancel to each other and disappear. Even if the motor A rotates, belt tensions increase in proportion to output torque but it never change to cancel each other for disappearing. Therefore, rolling bearings supporting a rotation shaft 1 receive no side pressure, so even on high speed revolution, normal durability hours can be obtained. As pulleys 4a, 4b rotate in synchronized through a belt 8, load is driven with a rotation shaft 3a as an output shaft.

    • PURPOSE:To stop by an electromagnetic braking by shortcircuiting the armature coil of a motor having a magnet rotor at the time of a power interruption due to an accident. CONSTITUTION:A rotary wheel 2 is secured to the rotary shaft 1 of a motor. A rotary lever 4 is rotatably supported through a spring 10a secured to the rotary lever 4 to a supporting shaft 10 stood on a body 11. A columnar post 3 is engaged with the ringlike protrusion 3a of the lever 4, a-shaped core 8 is secured to its body, and an exciting coil 8a is engaged. A spring 7 is engaged between the movable end of the lever 4 and a boy 7a, and the lever 4 is elastically biased clockwise. A slide wheel 6 is secured to the lever 4. Thus, the motor which becomes a drive source is automatically electromagnetically braked at the time of power interruption due to an accident, and a load is stopped in a short time.

    • PURPOSE:To increase speed and torque, by employing a horizontal U-shaped core as the magnetic pole of an armature, then mounting an exciting coil with both foot sections thereof being employed as magnetic poles and closing flux of the magnetic poles by means of two salient poles facing each other. CONSTITUTION:A rotary shaft 1 is supported rotatably by bearings in housing, and a rotor 2 is secured. The rotor 2 is provided with fourteen salient poles with same width and pitch. A fixed armature 3 is provided with magnetic poles 4a- projecting to the inside of annular sections 3a- where the widths of respective magnetic poles 4a-4b are equal to the width between salient poles 2a-2b, and the magnetic poles 4a- are formed while separated each other by same width. The circular sections 3a- are provided with curved recesses 8a-8f. Voids 10a-10f are cut from the armature 3 to split the annular section into six sections, and respective splitted sections are employed as horizontal U-shaped cores with both foot sections thereof being employing as magnetic poles. Exciting coils 5a- are mounted on the magnetic poles 4a-. Consequently, flux is closed by the salient poles 2a-2b and no flux is leaked.

    • PURPOSE:To improve efficiency, by stopping conduction in the final period of the conduction, and by suppressing the action of said stopping only at the time of starting. CONSTITUTION:The salient poles 4a-4d of the armature magnetic-cores 4 of four poles are wound up with armature coils 5a-5d. Inside a cup 13, a ring- formed magnet rotor 6 is fixed, and magnetic poles 6a, 6b... are arranged. A space between the salient poles 4a-4d and the rotor 6 is not equal on the left and right, and so cogging torque is generated. When current is reciprocated and conducted to the armature coils 5a-5d on every rotation of the magnet rotor 6 at the electrical angle of 180 degrees, then self-starting can be performed. In this case, in the initial period of conduction, for an inductance, rise is smoothly performed, but in the final period of the conduction, an induction constant is reduced, and an inductance is reduced, and current is increased, and efficiency is made worse. As this counter-plan, the position of the rotor 6 is detected, and the final period of the conduction is known, and the conduction is interrupted.
