摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-dip plated steel-sheet with Sn-Zn having a more stable corrosion resistance than conventional one. SOLUTION: The hot-dip plated steel-sheet with Sn-Zn superior in a corrosion resistance is characterized by having a hot-dip plated layer with Sn-Zn on a surface of a steel sheet, and by the composition of the plated layer containing Zn of 1-50% in addition to Sn, and by that a ratio (Zn% of a surface layer/Zn% of the whole plated layer) in the plated layer is 0.95 or less. The steel sheet preferably includes 3-25% Cr for an application to building materials, and a coated weight and the standard deviation is preferably 20-50 g/m2 and 4 g/m2 or less respectively for fuel tanks.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel sheet plated with an Al based metal, having an improvement in the corrosion resistance at an end face, which has been a weak point of conventional aluminum plated steel sheets. SOLUTION: The steel sheet plated with the Al based metal superior in the corrosion resistance at the plated part and the end face, is characterized by having a coated layer consisting of, by mass, Mg; 1-15%, Si:2-15%, Zn: 11-25%, Sn: 1-15%, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, and in that the length of a particle of an intermetallic compound such as Mg2Si formed in the plated layer is less than 10 μm. The steel sheet is product contributing to operations due to its prolonged service life and ensured maintenance-free, because of its greatly improved corrosion resistance of the plated layer and the end face compared to conventional products.

(4) The Al series plated layer has a composition containing one or more kinds among 3 to 15% Si, 0.1 to 15% Mg and 1 to 30% Zn.

The surface treated steel sheet has good press formability and resistance weldability and is optimum as a fuel tank stock.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new rustproof steel sheet for a fuel tank using no Pb by studying various factors on the material side affecting the soldering and brazing property, and properly controlling the contact resistance value of the surface. SOLUTION: A small contact resistance value is desirable in view of a soldering and brazing property, the contact resistance value is set to 0.1-8 mΩ for increasing a resistance welding property, and the contact resistance value is preferably set to 0.1-3 mΩ for reconciling the resistance welding property and soldering and brazing property. Factors controlling the contact resistance value include surface roughness and the film thickness of the most surface in an Sn-plated steel sheet. When the surface roughness is above 2 μm in RMS, the thickness of the surface film has irregularities, local heating easily occurs, and the resistance welding property becomes inferior. Some kind of film contributing to contact resistance is applied to the surface of the steel sheet, the film is an industrial chemical conversion coating or an organic resin film, and the total film quantity is set to 2 g/m2 or below on one face.

SOLUTION: A fuel container constituted by molding an upper container and a lower container into a bowl type having a flange 2 by press-molding and seam-welding a flange part by putting these containers up and down together is provided with a fuel supply port 3, a fuel supply pump, a fuel hose 4, and a separator 5 which prevents sound of fuel 6 caused by waving. In this case, a hot-dipped aluminum-coated steel sheet having a resin film on an outermost surface of an inner face or/and an outer face is used as a constituent member of the fuel container. Or, a hot-dipped aluminum-coated steel sheet having a resin chromate film on a surface of an inner face or/and an outer is face used as a constituent member, and the thickness of the resin film or the resin chromate film is set to a scope of 0.1 to 2μm. Consequently, it is possible to eliminate Pb pollution in environment and obtain the fuel container excellent in corrosion resistance.
