摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a hot-dip Zn-Al plated steer sheet excellent in appearance, secular blackening resistance and workability and its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION:In a continuous galvanizing line, the steel sheet to be plated is plated by using a plating bath of 410 to 470 deg.C having a compsn. constituted of, by weight, 3 to 10% Al, 0.01 to 1% Ti and the balance Zn. After that, at the time of cooling the above steel sheet, its cooling rate is regulated to 15 to 100 deg.C/sec in a process in which the sheet temp. reduces from 400 to 380 deg.C, by which the hot-dip Zn-Al plated steel sheet excellent in appearance, secular blackening resistance and workability can be manufactured.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a high Si-contg. high tensile strength galvannealed steel sheet good in low temp. chipping resistance and pitting corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION:A steel sheet contg. Si in the range of >=0.2% is oxidized by a direct fire furnace with 0.9 to 1.2 combustion air ratio and is thereafter reduced by a reducing furnace contg. hydrogen so as to regulate the thickness of an iron oxide film to the range of 200 to 1000Angstrom . Subsequently, the steel sheet is subjected to hot dipping treatment by using a zinc bath constituted of 0.01 to 2% Mn, 0.01 to 2% Al and the balance Zn and is subjected to heating and alloying treatment, and after that, at least one side of the steel sheet is furthermore coated with an organic film in the range of 0.1 to 4.0g/m . In this way, a high Si-contg. high tensile strength galvannealed steel sheet good in low temp. chipping resistance, pitting corrosion resistance and spot weldability can be obtd.

The upper layer of this coating is furthermore coated with a hydrophilic resin-silica coating 1 contg. spherical or aspherical colloidal silica in the ratio of 5 to 50 pts.wt. as solid content to 100 pts.wt. hydrophilic resin (such as an acrylic ester-acrylic acid copolymer) with 0.5 to 3.0g/m coating weight. In this way, an organic coated galvanized steel sheet can be obtd.
