    • PURPOSE: To simplify and expedite the reduction process of tape width in a tape wind-round machine to wind a tape round a rod body with sharp bending by changing the concentric-circle-shaped rotational movement of a push- up ring into a vertical motion for simplifying the operation of a press mechanism.
      CONSTITUTION: A push-up ring 60 kept on the circumference of a rotation ring 3 is supported on a stator ring 9 via levers 61 at four points around. The ring 60 is equipped with support parts 64, and connected to a reciprocation type pneumatic cylinder 65. The cylinder 65 is connected to the ring 9 on its one end, and the circumferential movement of the ring 60 given by the cylinder 65 is made into a circular motion by the work of levers 61 round pins 63. Consequently, the movement by the cylinder 65 is converted by the ring 60 into a vertical motion, which is transmitted to a lever 67 and a press device 69 via roller 66 for making the press work for tape.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically perform the step-forming and assembling process of raw wire which constitutes a former-wound coil by providing rollers which extrude one wire in a raw-wire bundle arranged in two columns and in multiple layers, and move the extruded wire to other column and push it into that column; step-bending means; and transporting means. CONSTITUTION:A step-forming and assembling device is constituted by rollers 1-1 and 1-2, stepping mechanisms 2, and transportation mechanisms. The rollers 1-1 and 1-2 are arranged in the longitudinal direction of a raw-wire bundle 30 (which constitutes a former-wound coil) comprising a pair of left and right pieces. The interval between the rollers is e.g. 30 to 50cm. The stepping mechanisms 2 such as a press-type unit and the like bent raw wires 10 and form a step. A groove is provided in the surface of the roller so as to enclose one of the raw wires 10. The width is slightly larger than that of the wire. During the period the roller rotates once, the length equivalent to the longitudinal length of the raw wires 10 is displaced. The distance from the center of rotation equals to the average value of the distance from the center to the bottom of the groove and the distance from the center to the surface (which is not the part of the groove) of the roller. In this constitution, step-forming and assembling process can be accurately accomplished in a short time.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately decide presence of a notch by matching of high reliability regardless of the state of a mirror surface part of a notched part, by embedding information indicating a region for inhibiting calculation of a pattern matching in a template of a part corresponding to the notch or an array of the same dimension as that of a template. SOLUTION: A pattern matching region PM is set in ranges of XS to XE in an X-axis direction and YS to YE in a Y-axis direction. Then, when sizes of a template region TP in X-axis and Y-axis directions are XT and YT, a Y-axis moving loop of the template TP becomes YLL=YS-(YE-YT) and an X-axis moving loop becomes XLL=XS-(XE-XY). The template TP is moved in the moving loop range, and elements are calculated. Then, a calculation of a normal correlation R for evaluating the degree of a halftone pattern matching and holding of a maximum value of the correlation R are executed. And, the maximum value of the R finally obtained in the moving loops is compared with a threshold value, and if the maximum value of the R is the threshold value or more, presence of the notch is decided. Or, if it is not the threshold value or more, absence of the notch is decided.
