    • PURPOSE:To eliminate a unraveling work for both ends of a woven flat cable in treating the ends by alternately providing an arbitrary length of woven section having wefts woven into wires and warps at arbitrary pitches, and an arbitrary length of non-woven section without weaving the wefts into the wires and warps, respectively in a lengthwise direction, and forming a dense woven portion at both ends of each woven section. CONSTITUTION:A distribution guide device 12 for guiding wires 6 and warps 7 for preventing the entanglement and entwinement thereof is arranged on the downstream side of a warp feed device 11. Also, a weaving machine 13 for weaving wefts 8 into the wires 6 and warps 7 whenever necessary for making a woven flat cable 1, is provided on the downstream side of the distribution guide device 12. In this case, the woven flat cable 1 comprises an arbitrary length of woven section 2 having the wefts 8 woven into the wires 6 and warps 7 at arbitrary pitches, and an arbitrary length of non-woven section without weaving the wefts 8 into the wires 6 and warps 7, alternately in a lengthwise direction. In addition, both ends of each woven section 2 are provided with a dense woven portion 4 having the wefts 8 woven into the wires 6 and warps 7 by a plurality of times in the same position.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large volume of wire tips excellent in dimensional accuracy and parallelism by arranging a plurality of gutter-shaped storage pieces on each side of a polygon, neatly winding a large number of wires, cutting the wires between the gutter-shaped storage pieces, and slicing the wire to the prescribed thickness in the longitudinal direction of the wire. SOLUTION: Four gutter-shaped storage pieces 3 are fitted to each side part of a polygonal, e.g. square turn wheel 4 with an opening part of a recessed part 3a toward the outer peripheral side in a bobbin shape. A large number of copper wires 2 are fed into the turn wheel 4, and the turn wheel 4 is turned to feed the copper wires 2 into the recessed part 3a of the gutter-shaped storage pieces 3 in a horizontal and dense manner, and stacked up to perform the neat winding. A lid is fitted to each gutter-shaped storage piece 3, and the copper wires 2 in the recessed part 3a are pressed and bound. The neatly wound copper wires 2 are cut between the adjacent gutter-shaped storage pieces 3 to detach each gutter-shaped storage piece 3 from the turn wheel 4. The separated gutter- shaped storage pieces 3 are sliced together with the copper wires 2 inside including the lid along the longitudinal direction of the copper wire 2.

    • PURPOSE:To provide an extrusion molding method preventing the generation of die refuse in extrusion molding to obtain an extrusion molded article having beautiful surface appearance. CONSTITUTION:A compound consisting of 100 pts.wt. of plastic or/and rubber and 50-300 pts.wt. of an additive composed of an insoluble substance is subjected to extrusion molding at extrusion temp. while a lubricant is injected into a die to be applied to the inner wall thereof or the die is heated to temp. higher than molding temp. by 10-20 deg.C to subject the compound to extrusion molding or the compound is subjected to extrusion molding by combining the above mentioned methods. Therefore, the generation of die refuse is prevented and an extrusion molded article or an insulated electric wire having beautiful surface appearance is obtained. Further, the generation of the deficiency such as spark- out of the electric wire can be prevented. Furthermore, extrusion molding speed can be increased and the production efficiency of the extrusion molded article can be enhanced and the monitoring of die refuse in a production line can be made unnecessary.
