CONSTITUTION:A rotary arm 50 can move reciprocatively between the outermost circumference and the innermost circumference of a disk 24 and also turn from the innermost circumference up to the waiting position of a cleaning means while holding this cleaning means. A cleaner revolving means includes a cartridge holder 51, a cam gear 55, a base 57, a pinion gear 59, etc. A drive rack 27 shifts linearly the cleaning means up to the outside of this cleaning device. A cleaner shift means includes a rail 28, a drive gear 29, a worm 32, a cartridge guide, etc., in addition to the rack 27. A drive means contains a motor 31 which drives a cleaner revolving means and shifts the cleaner shift means. In such a constitution, the cleaner can be easily replaced at a front operating part and also a cleaning job is carried out even at the time of reproduction.

    • PURPOSE:To make it hard to develop internal stress and especially make it possible to shrink just after the outsert molding of a long rack gear or the like by a method wherein the rack gear to transform a rotary motion into a linear motion is molded integrally with a thin metal sheet so as to be allowed to shrink in a longitudinal direction. CONSTITUTION:A thin metal sheet 10 has one positioning hole 11 and a plurality of elongated holes 12-19, one corner of each of which is square and the other corner is curved [a square cornered hole has a mark (a) at the end of the hole numeral and a curved cornered hole has a mark (b)]. As an outsert molded item, a rack gear 20 is constituted in such a manner that the elongated holes 12a-19a are not molded since the struts of a mold are formed in said holes. On the other hand, the elongated holes 12b-19b are molded so as to act as anti-rotation catches. Accordingly, the rack gear 20 constituted in a mold extends as far as to the end face 10a of the thin metal sheet, resulting in allowing to shrink to a gear form through the shrinkage after molding. In other words, the sizes of the struts of the mold are formed larger in the order of 19a>12a and, after the shrinkage, 12a-19a are left in the form of the holes, which have nearly the same size with one another. Consequently, internal stress is hard to be applied to the rack gear through shrinkage.

When 'cover holding state' is passed and the disk holding mechanism 90 is shifted in the direction X2, the projected abutting pin 291 comes into abutting against corresponding cover detection switch 295 and judges that it is the convex part. Thus, as the information detecting mechanism of the cover 3 is divided into a holding means and a detecting section, drawing of lead wires is eliminated, and the main body can be made thin as it is provided in the direction of shifting.

If the wide operating surface 3a of the switch 3 is pushed, the contact point 18 of the switch 5 conducts with the piece 1 and a zooming operation can be made even if the ring 4 is turned in any way. The 1st DC motor switch 20 and the 2nd DC motor switch 21 are changed over to contact points C1 and C2 sides, thus changing over the rotating direction on the motor 14 side in this stage is completed. The switches are similarly changed over to the contact point d1, d2 sides in the telephoto operation as well and therefore the motor 14 is run forward and backward in accordance with the telephoto operation and wide operation.

Even if the accuracy of the groove widths W, W' is low, the lens barrel 12 is prevented from the generation of backlash in the optical axis X direction because the cam follower 19 is always pressed to the opposed inclined planes.
