    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to heat a room by the daytime solar heat, to accumulate the heat and to heat the room during the night time by such heat without any manual operation by blackening the external surface of a sheel metal that forms a bag body, and disposing a metallic hydride layer near to such surface. CONSTITUTION:A heat collecting and insulating material 10 is sealed in a flat bag body made of stainless steel, and is stored in a vacuum at less than 10 Torr. Heat insulating fine particles 14 such as pearlite are contained in its inside. The surface of the stainless steel sheet 11 is blackened, and a metallic hydrate layer 15 is disposed near to its internal surface. When the blackened surface 11' is exposed to the sun shine at a rate of about 600kcal/m h, the temperature of the metallic hydride layer 15 reaches to 80-90 deg.C, and the thermal conductivity of the heat collecting and insulating material 10 becomes 1X10 kcal/ mhk. When the temperature of the metallic hydrate layer 15 becomes 0 deg.C due to the lowered ambient temperature in the night, the thermal conductivity of the heat collecting and insulating material 10 is reduced to 1X10 kcal/mhk.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent inside surface of a covering glass from condensation and a heat-collecting board from being damaged when it is heated without water, by providing a sunlight pervious film between the heat-collecting board and the covering glass, and also by forming a closed space between the covering glass and sunlight pervious film. CONSTITUTION:A covering glass 1 and a sunlight pervious flexible film 2 are fixed together onto a heat collecting container 4 in a supporting point 6 so that a closed space 5 is formed between the covering glass 1 and the film 2. And, when the sunlight radiation weakens and temperature of a heat-collecting board 10 falls, pressure in the heat-collecting container drops, the film 2 in the closed space 5 shrinks and volume in the closed space 5 decreases keeping inside pressure equal to the atmospheric pressure, as a result, it is possible to prevent humid outside air from entering the closed space 5. When it is heated without charging water, the film 2 hangs down on the heat-collecting board 10, convection heat- exchange coefficient in the closed space 5 is increased, and heat dissipation from the heat-collecting board 10 is also increased.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent the lowering of the heat collecting characteristic of the solar heat collector by a method wherein a heat insulating layer is provided under the lower surface of a heat collecting plate through an air layer and the rate of heat radiation in an infrared ray region on the lower surface of the heat collecting plate is reduced below 0.1.
CONSTITUTION: The heat insulating 6 made of foamed urethane material is provided below the heat collecting plate 3 through the air layer 5 and the heat insulating layer 6 and the heat collecting plate 3 are housed within a frame 4. in this case, the rate of heat radiation of the heat collecting plate 3 can be reduced to below 0.1 by grinding the lower surface of the plate in case the basic material of the plate is aluminum, copper or stainless steel, or by applying an alumium foil of 10μm in thickness to that surface in case the plate is made of a zinc coated iron plate. Accordingly, sunlight penetrating members 1 and 2 do not become dim to thereby prevent the lowering of the heat collecting characteristic of the solar heat collecting plate and the deterioration of the temperature resistant characteristic of the heat insulating layer at the time of the heat collecting plate being unusually overheated.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent the lowering of the heat collecting characteristic of the solar heat collector due to the use of a heat insulating material by a method wherein a heat insulating layer is provided under a heat collecting pipe through an air layer and an infrared ray reflecting layer is provided on the surface of the heat insulating layer facing the heat collecting plate.
CONSTITUTION: The heat insulating layer 6 is provided under the heat collecting plate 3 through the air layer 5 and the infrared ray reflecting layer 7 in the form of an aluminum foil or the like is provided on the surface of the heat insulating layer 6 on the side facing to the heat collecting plate 3. As the above structure does not include the conventional heat insulating layer made of, for example, glass wool, the clouding of a sunlight penetrating body or the lowering of the heat collecting characteristic of the solar heat collector due to dew concentration can be prevented. Further, due to the provision of the infrared ray reflecting layer 7, the infrared rays radiating from the heat collecting plate 3 toward the heat insulating layer 6 are reflected so that the deterioration of the heat insulating layer 6 resulting from unusual overheating of the heat collecting plate 3 can be prevented.

    • PURPOSE: To prevent a heat collecting plate from being heated abnormally by a method wherein a sunlight penetrating film arranged between a selective adsorbing film on the heat collecting plate and a glass cover is thermally expanded by the heat of the abnormally overheated heat collecting plate at the time when no water is supplied to a heat collecting pipe so that the sunlight penetrating film is brought into contact with the upper surface of the heat collecting plate and the rate of heat radiation of the plate is increased.
CONSTITUTION: The sunlight penetrating film 5 made of a flexible material is arranged between the selective adsorbing film 2 on the heat collecting plate 1 and the glass cover 4. When no water is supplied to the heat collecting pipe 3, the heat collecting plate 1 is overheated abnormally and the sunlight penetrating film 5 is also heated as a result of its heat exchange with the heat radiated from the heat collecting plate 1 so that the sunlight penetrating film 5 expands and becomes loosened to hang down and comes into contact with the upper surface of the selective adsorbing film 2 on the heat collecting plate 1. In this case, the rate of heat radiation radiation of the sunlight penetrating film 5 is higher than that of the selective adsorbing film 2 and therefore, the amount of heat radiation from the heat collecting plate 1 is increased to thereby control the elevation of temperature of the plate.

    • PURPOSE:To enable to obtain a desired heat-insulating effect even when the overall thickness of a heat-insulating layer is reduced by providing a double-layer structure of insulating materials of different performances between a heat-collecting plate and the bottom plate of a container. CONSTITUTION:Iron plates 1 and 3 are locally adhered to each other to provide passages 2 for hot water on one side thereof, thereby constituting the heat-collecting plate 4. A transparent plastic film 13 for preventing convection loss is fitted to the side plates of the box-shaped container 7. Insulating materials 9-11 are provided as a heat-insulating structure between the plate 4 and the bottom plate 8. The material 9 is an insulating material having a high resisting temperature, such as glass wool, while the material 10 is a material which prevents spot temperature rises and interrupts heat transfer by radiation involved in heat transfer by conduction, such as a metallic aluminum foil, and the material 11 is polyurethane foam or the like. This structure leads to a reduced overall thickness of the heat-insulating layer and an excellent heat-insulating effect.
