SOLUTION: A first sheet-shaped capacitor element, in which a dielectric coating 2 is formed on the surface of a valve metal porous foil 1, a solid electrolytic layer 6 is formed on the dielectric coating 2, and a carbon layer 7 is formed on the solid electrolytic layer 6, and a second sheet-shaped capacitor element, in which a valve metal porous body 4 is formed on the surface of a valve metal foil 3, a dielectric coating 5 is formed on the surface of the valve metal porous body 4, a solid electrolytic layer 6 is formed on the dielectric coating film 5, and a collector layer is formed on the solid electrolytic layer 6, are laminated. An exterior electrode connected to the valve metal porous foil 1 and the valve metal foil 3 of the first and second capacitor elements and an exterior electrode connected to each collector bodies of the first and second capacitor elements are provided.

CONSTITUTION:This is made such that the land 2 on a printed board 1 may have a hole 4 for inserting the lead 7 of a part 6 at the eccentric position. Cream solder 5 is applied on the land 2 so that it may nearly accord with the center and that it may block the insertion hole 4. After application, the lead 7 of the part 6 is inserted in the insertion hole 3 and the cream solder 5, and then the cream solder 5 is heated to connect the lead 7 with the land 2. Since the place of the insertion hole 4 in the cream solder applied on the land 2 is thin, the quantity of cream solder exfoliating during insertion of the lead 7 becomes little.
