    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte capacitor solving the problem that characteristics of a leakage current are deteriorated in the case of a solder reflow and having excellent characteristics, and to provide a manufacturing method for the solid electrolytic capacitor.
      SOLUTION: In the solid electrolytic capacitor, an anode lead terminal 9 and a cathode lead terminal 10 are joined with a capacitor element 1 in which a dielectric oxide film layer 3, a solid electrolytic layer 4, and a cathode layer 7 are formed on the outer surface of an anode body 2, and coated with a sheathing resin 12. In the solid electrolytic capacitor, a defect is difficult to occur in the dielectric oxide film because the dielectric oxide film is difficult to receive stress by the expansion of gas generated from the capacitor element 1 in the case of the solder reflow by the constitution of the gas less than 0.8 μL per a conductive high molecule of 1 mm
      3 generated from the capacitor element 1 in the case of the solder reflow, and the characteristics of the leakage current are stabilized.

SOLUTION: The first sequence control means 30 generates a current section signal by an output signal of an electric output detecting means 40, to turn off a changeover switch S1 and on S2 , when provided this section signal, to perform feedback control of a light output by an output signal from a light output detecting means 26, and to turn on the switch S1 and off S2 , when not provided this section signal, to perform feedback control of an electric output by an output from the electric output detecting means 40. When a work command switch 44 is turned on, a work command signal is output from the second sequence control means 41 to the means 30, to turn on the switch S2 and off S1 , only when turned on the switch 44, to perform feedback control of a light output. In a circuit, removing the second error amplifier 28, switch S2 , means 41 and the switch 44 from a control circuit, control of setting an electric output command means 31, while watching a light output display means 39 by a worker, is performed.
