    • PURPOSE:To secure the balance of pressure by varying each dimension from the edge surface in the center to the both suction ports when the interval between the edge surface of a motor and the edge surface of the side plate of a casing on the opposite side to the motor is less than the diameter of a vane wheel, in a centrifugal blower for the both multiblade vane wheels for suction. CONSTITUTION:When the min. interval L between the side-plate edge surface 3 of a casing 1 covering the both multiblade vane wheels 6a and 6b for suction and the edge surface of a motor 8 is less than the outside diameter of the vane wheel, each dimension l1, l2 from the intermediate partitioning plates 10 of the both vane wheels 6a and 6b to the respective suction ports is varied and set to obtain the relation l1>l2. Therefore, the imbalance of the pressure inside the vane wheel is eliminated, and the stable flow is maintained, and the vibration of the vane wheel itself which is generated by the imbalance of the pressure and the noise generated by the above-described vibration can be suppressed, and the stable performance can be secured.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce vibration by integrally forming an annular flat-plate at the edge part on the hub side of the vane of a mixed-flow fan and installing pins in the axial direction and forming a flat plate integrally at the air inflow-side edge part of a conical aslant surface and installing the hub part so that the pins are fitted into the holes. CONSTITUTION:A vane 2 is formed integrally with an annular flat-plate 3 on the air effluence side and at the edge part on the hub side, and pins 4 in the axial direction are integrally formed in the vicinity at the air inflow-side edge part 2a on the hub side. In the hub part 5, a conical aslant surface part 6 is integrally formed with a flat plate 7 at the edge part 2b on the air effluence side, and the vane 2 and the hub part 5 are formed integrally by fitting the pins 4 into a plurality of holes 9 in the vicinity of the air inflow-side edge part 2a. Therefore, the error in installing the vane is reduced, and the revolution balance is improved, and the tilt and the camber can be set so that the shape of the vane develops the max. performance, and a mixed-flow fan having the superior ventilating performance and less vibration and noise can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of troubles, to stabilize a heating capacity, and to enable energy-saving, by a method wherein a coolant heater providing with a controller is mounted at a refrigerating cycle, and a coolant-heating amount is controlled by detecting an open-air temperature and a blowoff temperature of an indoor heat exchanger. CONSTITUTION:At a refrigerating cycle, a coolant heater 9, consisting of a heat exchanger 6, a secondary heat medium 11, and a heater 12, is mounted and a controller 16, actuating according to signals from a thermostat 13 for an open-air, a thermostat 14 for the indoor heat excahnger and a thermostat 15 for the secondary heat medium, is also installed. The controller 16 is set so that the temperature of the secondary heat medium, corresponding to an open-air temperature Tt, is allowed to remain on Xt, and the temperature of the secondary heat medium, corresponding to a blowoff temperature Zt of an indoor heat exchanger 2, is allowed to remain on Yt. If the temperature of the secondary heat medium 11 is lower than a set value (Xt-Yt), the heater 12 is energized to raise the temperature of the secondary heat medium 11 to (Xt-Yt), and thereby a coolant heating amount increases to ensure a heating capacity.

    • PURPOSE: To contrive the improvement of indoor temperature distribution at the time of heating and to improve a sense of heating by making a temperature of air at person's foot ascend, by controlling decision of blowing-off at the top and bottom and a blow-off air quantity, by sensing a temperature, pressure and a suction air temperature of an indoor side heat exchanger.
      CONSTITUTION: The front of a main body 1 of an air conditioner is provided with a top blow-off opening 1a, a bottom blow-off opening 2 and an indoor inlet port 3 of air, the inside of the main body 1 of the air conditioner is provided with a top and bottom blowers 4, 5, an indoor side heat exchanger 6 and motors 7, 8 for the respective top and bottom blowers 4, 5, and a temperature and pressure sensor 9 are set up. At the time of operation of a cooler, the signals of the sensor 9 which sensed a blow-off and suction air temperatures and a temperature and pressure of a refrigeration cycle are applied to a control box, a controller 11 and a change-over switch 12 of an air conditioner are controlled and operation of the air conditioner is done by operating only the top blower 4. At the time of heating, the controllers 11, 13 are controlled by the control box 10 and air-conditioning is done by operating the top and bottom blowers 4, 5.
