摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent a heater from overheating coolant, by a method wherein setting of temperature for a secondary heat medium is caused to change by means of an outside temperature and a pressure in a refrigerating cycle, and a cooland heating amount is controlled. CONSTITUTION:Such sensors as a thermister 11 for an outside temperature, a sensor 12 for a discharge pressure, and a thermister 13 for a secondary heat medium, acting as a temperature detector for setting a temperature of the secondary heat medium, are mounted, and a control circuit 14 is actuated by means of signals from them. If a temperature detected by the thermister 13 is lower than a set value, this energizes a heater 10 for heating the secondary heat medium 9 to raise it to the set value. If the temperature of the secondary heat medium 9 is higher than the set value from the beginning, the heater 10 is not energized. If the discharge pressure of the coolant becomes a set pressure, the heater 10 is not energized, but if it is lower than the set value, the heater 10 is energized to perform a heating action.
