In this case, the installation plate 11 is formed into the shape fitted onto the edge-part outer diameter of the above-described spline 10 and the shape 11a spreading towards the above-described spline 9. Therefore, the deformation of the above-described spline 10 in the case when the wave generator 8 and the bearing 7 revolve can be absorbed by the spreading shape part 11a of the installation plate 11.
