The camera 1 has a damper D which comprises a cylinder 10 and a rod 11 inserted into the cylinder 10 in a freely movable manner and is interposed between a vehicle body B and an axle within an image-pickup range, and the camera is installed on the two-wheeler so as to be immovable with respect to any one of the cylinder 10 and the rod 11 and detects displacement of the damper D from the image picked up by the camera 1.
