Then multiple forms 7b, 7c made of foam styrene block the upper and lower surfaces of which are formed flat, are stacked according to the degree of each covering depth over the buried pipe 3, and then the top of the groove 2 is covered by a protective steel plate 10. As a result, temporary restoring is completed.
