摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the contamination of insulating oil by making the expansion and contraction of bellows permissible in a contacting state by attaching an insulating plastic piece to the outer periphery of a flange section at the free end of the bellows using the plastic piece as the sole sliding surface into a cylindrical container. SOLUTION: A spacer 6 composed of a plastic piece made of a fluroresin, etc., is attached to the outer periphery of a flange 4 at the free end of bellows 1 containing an enclosed gas 2 and the internal surface of a cylindrical container 5 is coated with a fluororesin-based coating material 7. When a power cable terminating and connecting box is horizontally arranged, the bellows 1 bend and the flange 4 hangs down and starts to come into contact with the internal surface of the container 5. However, since only the spacer 6 comes into contact with the surface of the coating material 7 as the sole contacting piece, no harmful metal powder is generated and the electrical performance of insulating oil is not deteriorated even when the bellows 1 are repeatedly expanded and contracted.

SOLUTION: A connection box has a large-diameter part 41 where the inner diameter of a conductor stripping side edge part in a bell mouth 4' is increased by several mm over several cm and a level-difference part 43 in reference to a part 42 that has a relatively smaller inner diameter, and a lower-winding insulation oil impregnated paper 5' is wound so that it is matched to the large- diameter part 41 of the bell mouth 4' and a smaller inner-diameter part 42, thus preventing the bell mouth 4' from moving toward the cable conductor stripping side while it is hooked to the lower-winding insulation oil impregnated paper 5'. By setting a ridge angle among the level-difference part 43, the large- diameter part 41, and the relatively smaller inner-diameter part 42 to an obtuse angle for forming a taper shape, the adhesion between the insulation oil impregnated paper 5' and the bell mouth level-difference part can be improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To retard the generation of corona even upon application of abnormal voltage by covering the outer peripheral surface at the conductor joint of a sleeve with an insulation treatment layer communicated with the terminal of a plastic insulator. CONSTITUTION:An insulation tape is wound around the outer peripheral surface at the conductor joint 2a of a sleeve 2 to form an insulation treatment layer 13 having one end in the layer direction extending from the forward end of the conductor joint 2a and communicating with the right angle cut end face 120 of a plastic insulator 12 while filling a valley having an exposed part of the conductor 11 as the bottom. Preferably, the insulation tape is brought into pressure contact, at the side edge thereof, with the end face 120 of the plastic insulator 12. This structure prevents the generation of corona due to abnormal voltage after long term use and prevents a streak of water from intruding to the outside of the sleeve 2 thus suppressing the damage upon occurrence of failure.

The common base 30 can be divided into a plurality and transportation and the carrying in and out to a tunnel can easily be performed. Hereby, it can quickly be recovered from an accident.
