    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of drying laundry hung on a wash-line pole by making the style of installation into arrangement of locating a plurality of wash-line poles lower with approach to the main body of drying machine when arranging the wash-line poles in front of the main body of drying machine installed on the sidewall in a bathroom. SOLUTION: A main body 2 of drying machine installed on the sidewall of a bathroom 1 is constituted so as to heat the air in the bathroom circulated by a circulating fan inside the main body of drying machine through heat exchange with high temperature hot water supplied from a boiler 5 through a circulating pipe 4. A plurality wash-line poles 3 are arranged in front of this main body 2 of drying machine but the style of installation is made into arrangement of locating the wash-line poles lower with approach to the main body 2 of drying machine. Thus, hot air blown out of the main body 2 of drying machine directly reaches laundry hung on the wash-line pole 3 away from the main body 2 of drying machine and even in the case of laundry on the wash-line pole 3 away from the main body 2 of drying machine, it can be efficiently dried.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent overheat of a nozzle motor by stopping an air shower operation forcibly when a swinging motion of an air shower nozzle of an air conditioner with an air shower continues for a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:When it is confirmed that an operation of an air shower D and a swinging motion of an air shower nozzle 5 continue at each prescribed confirmation time, in other words, a nozzle angle regulating switch continues to be pressed, in the case when the air shower nozzle 5 is made to conduct the swinging motion within the range of an angle at which the air shower operation can be executed, during the operation of the air shower D, a counter adds one count, and when the counts reach a prescribed number, the operation of the air shower D is stopped, the air shower nozzle 5 being stored in a recession for storage and then a nozzle motor 51 being stopped, since that means continuation of the swinging motion for a prescribed time of a length not affecting the nozzle motor 51 adversely. In the case when it is confirmed that the swinging motion is not conducted, on the other hand, the counter is reset to zero. According to this constitution it is possible to prevent overheat of the nozzle motor 51 due to a long-time operation and to prevent the breakdown thereof.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the overheating of a nozzle and a warm-air heater by a method wherein the exciting of a fan for air shower is continued for a predetermined period of time to continue ventilating operation after stopping the exciting of the warm-air heater for air shower upon finishing the operation of the air shower. CONSTITUTION:Upon effecting air shower operation, effected by warm-air, and stopping the operation of the air shower, the exciting of a ceramics heater 19 is stopped simultaneously with the putting OFF of an air shower switch while receiving operation, in which the nozzle 5 is pivoted upward to receive it into a receiving place, is started. On the other hand, a spot fan 17 is put OFF after continuing cooling operation, effected by ventilation, for the delay time of a predetermined period of time (t) or 3 seconds, for example. In this case, the delay time (t) of the spot fan 17 is determined so as to be shorter than a time T necessary for the receiving operation. Accordingly, the nozzle 5 is received into the receiving place after cooling the ceramics heater 19 and the nozzle 5 sufficiently whereby there is no possibility of the overheating of the ceramics heater 19 and the nozzle 5.

While the circulating pump is turned ON, in other words, combustion of a hot water producing part of the heat source machine is turned ON and thereby a freezing preventing operation is started. Herein the freezing preventing control start temperature T0 is set at a value (e.g. 10 deg.C) lower than a cooling set temperature Ts . Freezing of a hot water circulation circuit can be prevented reliably without conducting an unnecessary freezing preventing operation.

    • PURPOSE:To avoid unnecessary operation of a drain pump by performing an assured draining all the time by a method wherein when it is detected that a water level in a drain pan has reached a discharge level by a water level detecting device, and when the integrating operation time for a compressor of the cooling circuit has exceeded a specified value, a drain pump is driven to drain water. CONSTITUTION:A water level detecting electrode 11 and a drain pump 12 are arranged in a drain reservoir 101 which is provided in a drain pan 10 which is located under indoor heat exchangers for cooling/heating 7, 8; and when the water level of the drain reservoir 101 has reached a specified value, the drain pump is driven to drain water. Also, when the water level is at the specified value or lower and the integrated operation time of a compressor for a cooling circuit for cooling has reached a specified value, the drain pump 12 is driven, and at the same time, after a specified period of time has passed, an integration timer is reset to zero. Therefore, even when malfunction takes place on the water level detecting electrode 11, drain water is assuredly discharged, and an unnecessary operation of the drain pump 12 can be avoided.
