    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilating fan unit capable of simply and efficiently drawing out a hot water tube or electric wires connected to a bathroom heater disposed in a bathroom.
      SOLUTION: The ventilating fan unit comprises a plate type ventilating adapter 10 attached to the wall surface of an outer wall W so as to corresponding to a position where a ventilating hole passing through the outer wall forming the bathroom is formed, a ventilating fan 20 fixed to the ventilating adapter through screws and a fan cover 30 fixed to the ventilating adapter 10 through screws so as to cover the ventilating fan 20. The ventilating adapter 10 is provided with a rectangular tube shaped fan attaching part 15 protruding to the outer surface of a base 11 so as to surround an opening part 12. The fan attaching part 15 has cut-out parts 16 respectively formed at right and left sides and a lower side thereof for drawing out the hot water tube HC and electric wires while the ventilating adapter 10 is attached to the wall surface of the outer wall W. To each cut-out part 16, a seal material 17 made of EPDM and having a flexibility and a resiliency is previously attached.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the accuracy of room temperature detection by a room temperature sensor irrespective of the differences in the construction form, such as before-installation or after-installation, of a bathroom heater/drier body. SOLUTION: The bathroom heater/drier body 22 which is set up on the ceiling of a bath room, comprises a heat exchanger 32 for heating the air sucked from a suction port 61, a blowing fan 31 for blowing the air heated by the heat exchanger 32, and a blowing path 30 for directing hot air from the blowing fan 31 to a hot-air diffuser 61 of a front cover 23. The front cover 23 is provided on the lower surface of the ceiling so as to cover the lower surface of the body 22. The blowing path 30 is constituted of a blower path body 28 which is static in respect of a casing 24 of the body 22, and a blower path slidable portion 29 which is provided in a sliding manner in respect of the body 28 and whose position is determined by being in contact with the front cover 23. A room temperature sensor 33 for detecting temperature of the air sucked from the bath room is provided to a remote control receiver 47 which is integrated into the slidable portion 29.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar water heat system which does not determine the shortage of an amount of a heating medium simply based on decline in a liquid level but accurately determines whether the heating medium is truly short in amount, and thus, can securely avoid the generation of false information and erroneous treatment caused by the false information.SOLUTION: When a low liquid level electrode is brought into an off-output state (YES in S1), it is determined whether a boiling condition is satisfied (S3). When the boiling condition is satisfied and an on-output state of the low liquid level electrode is continued during measurement by a second timer (S5, YES in S6), it is determined that the shortage of the amount of the heating medium does not actually occur and a drought counter is reset so as not to output error information (S7). Even if the boiling condition is satisfied and if the on-output state of the low liquid level electrode is not continued, the error information is issued (NO in S5, S9). While the boiling condition is not satisfied yet, when a time by a first timer comes, the error information is issued (YES in S10, S9).
