摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a rack to be quickly dried after washing work. SOLUTION: An optical semiconductor layer 11 with the main component of titanium oxide on all over the surface including support pins 3 is formed on the body 2 of this rack made of synthetic resin. When the light from a fluorescent light equipped in a kitchen is irradiated onto the rack 1, a water film is formed on the surface of the rack body 2 by the function of exhibiting the hydrophilic property on the surface by optical excitation of the optical semiconductor layer 11 causing water drops not to be generated on the surface of the rack body 2 even after completion of washing and rinsing. Accordingly, the surface of the rack 1 taken out and a part of, dish in contact with the rack 1 come to be easily dried, and water drops are prevented from dropping from the rack 1 when the rack 1 is carried to a dish storage, place, or the like. Since titanium oxide exhibits an oxidation function, an antibacterial action to inhibit the growth of miscellaneous bacteria is manifested and so the surface of the rack 1 is kept clean to make it excellent in hygiene.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquefied refrigerant stagnation prevention device equipped with a heater exhibiting a favorable heating efficiency while being completely free from an occurrence of fire and a refrigerant recovery method which can completely recover the refrigerant by installing the heater in a compressor of a refrigerator from which the refrigerant is recovered. SOLUTION: An electromagnetic inductance heater 26 is disposed on or close to the lower surface of an appliance which requires a prevention of stagnation of a liquefied refrigerant, e.g. on the bottom surface of a compressor, thus constituting a liquid stagnation prevention device of a refrigerator which heats the appliance (compressor 11). At least one of the discharge side and the suction side of the compressor 11 is connected with a refrigerant recovery device 3 and the electromagnetic induction heater 26 is disposed on or close to the lower surface of the compressor 11. While heating the compressor 11 with this heater 26, the refrigerant recovery device 3 is operated so as to recover the refrigerant.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ice cream dispenser having a relaying tank which can be washed with water which can fulfill the tank in no need of any valve or tube dedicated to, filling of the tank with water. SOLUTION: When the relay tank 5 is washed, the water in the storage tank is replaced with a cleaning solution. At the same time, the syrup tank 7 is detached from the syrup-feeding pipe 7a and a vessel 40 is arranged thereto. The cleaning switch in the controller is turned on to actuate the second solenoid valve 8 and the pump motor 12 regardless of the liquid level in the relay tank and the syrup-feeding pipe 7a is opened. At the same time, the cleaning solution in the storage tank is fed through the feeding pipe 13a into the relay tank 5. From the relay tank 5, the already existing gas phase flows out through the syrup-feeding pipe 7a from the tank 5, then the cleaning solution itself flows out through the syrup-feeding pipe 7a out of the vessel. Thus, the volume of the liquid in the relay tank 5 can be recognized.

Thus the supplying port and extracting port are prevented from being plugged with ice pieces by installing a raw material mixing fin and ice removing fin like this procedure.

摘要： PURPOSE:To permit a liquid mixture to be supplied into a cooling casing as required even during thawing operation by providing a releasing device to release a current retaining mechanism when a material supply switch is depressed during the operation of a thawing device and supplying the material into a subtank upon sensing the minimum value. CONSTITUTION:When one turns on a material supply switch 16, being aware of a reduction in the amount of a liquid in a cooling casing 3 during thawing operation, a contact point XA1 is closed to make a relay XA self-activated and a contact point XA2 is opened to demagnetize a relay X2 serving as a current retaining device, thereby closing a contact point X22, although in the thawing operation. The absorption of carbonic acid gas by thawed products reduces the inner pressure of the cooling casing 3 and draws a liquid mixture thereinto from a subtank 1. The surface level of the liquid mixture therein is lowered in this way and, upon sensing of the minimum value by a minimum value detector 17, a contact point 17a is closed to magnetize a relay X4 for closing its contact point X43 and a water feed valve 11. Even during the thawing operation, therefore, the material can be fed as usual into the subtank 1 and the liquid mixture can be supplied into the cooling casing 3.

Namely, when the detecting part 28 for liquid level of water is closed, water is sent from the valve 23 to the tank 13, and the level detecting parts 25 and 26 require operation of the motor 12, the valve 13c is made in closed state, and, the valve 13c is in open state during a period from the suspension of the motor 12 to a time when the detecting parts 25 and 26 are closed again. Consequently, the tank 13 is always made empty when the tank 5 is in a waiting condition for sale.
