    • PURPOSE: To shorten the wiring of a sheet laminated multilayer wiring board in length so as to enable the wiring board to operate at a high speed by a method wherein a composite sheet composed of an organic insulating layer, a metal wiring layer, and an adhesive layer is bonded to the surface of a board, viaholes are provided to the composite sheet by dry etching and connected together with panel copper plating, and a second wiring layer is formed through wet etching. CONSTITUTION: Multilayer wiring boards each composed of metal wiring layers are laminated through the intermediary of an organic insulating layer 12 to compose a sheet laminated multilayer wiring board, wherein the metal wiring layers are connected together with viaholes. A copper plated adhesive sheet of integral structure composed of a copper foil 11, the organic insulating layer 12, and the metal wiring layer is bonded to a board 14. A viahole processing window hole used for dry etching is provided taking advantage of the metal layer, and viaholes are formed. Then, the viaholes are plated with an electroless panel copper plating 16 formed of the same material with a second wiring layer 17 and connected together, and then the second wiring layer 17 is formed through a wet etching method. At least, one layer is laminated on the board 14.

    • PURPOSE:To perform automatic and quick check by converting the output signal of a signal generator, which generates a signal including a color burst signal and a chroma signal, to a digital signal by color demodulation and discriminating it by CPU. CONSTITUTION:A signal generator 2 is provided which generates and outputs the video signal including the color burst signal and the chroma signal which has the phase changed by 0 to 360 deg. to the phase of this color burst signal in a certain period, and an analog/digital converter 5 is provided which subjects the outputted video signal to color demodulation by a color demodulating circuit 14 and converts the demodulated signal to a digital signal. A memory 11 where the digital signal is stored and is outputted thereafter and a CPU part 10 which subjects the output of the memory 11 to arithmetic processing to discriminate whether the phase of the demodulation base of the demodulated signal in the color demodulating circuit 14 is within a prescribed phase range or not are provided. Thus, a demodulation base check device is realized which is capable of automatic, high-speed, and high-precision check and is inexpensively constituted.

CONSTITUTION:Since the tongue piece 4 of a resin film 2 is bent to the film 2 connected directly to the electrode of a semiconductor element 1 at the side of a mount board, the resin 2 itself has a cushioning function perpendicularly to the film 2. Since the film 2 itself is composed of a material extensible and contractible to the plane direction of the film 2, it has a sufficiently cushioning function to the plane direction. The lead electrode of a mount board is brought in continuity to the electrode of the element 1 by a conductive layer for coupling a through hole 5 in the piece 4 to be opposed to the lead electrode of the element 1 to a through hole 5 opposed to the lead electrode of the mount board. Thus, the manufacture can be simplified.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the electric conductivity by making an electrode with a conductive material in which a compound of one of Fe, Ni, Co, and Cr, and Al, with a specific thickness, is formed, at the surface layer of electric contact part of the conductive material. CONSTITUTION:At the center of a metallic cylindrical container 2 whose one end is enclosed, a Ni base body 6 processed in a contact form beforehand is placed, around which Al powder, NH4Cl, and Al2O3 powder are filled, and heated in the Ar gas ambiance to obtain a high melting point NiAl compound, and a NiAl compound layer 7 is formed on the Ni contact surface. The surface of the compound layer 7 is washed and grinded to finish into a smooth surface, and it is soldered on an auxiliary electrode plate 23 made of Cu. In such a composition, compounds such as NiAl and Ni3Al with the thickness 100 to 150mum are formed on the surface of the contact, and a contact with the property equal to the contact of a conventional vacuum-fused material can be obtained.

CONSTITUTION:Heat resistant metallic particles made of at least one kind of metal out of chromium, zirconium, titanium, niobium, manganese, molybdenum, tantalum and silicon is made to deposit in a uniformly dispersed condition in a matrix made of either of NiAl and Ni3Al and at least one kind of metal out of iron, nickel, cobalt and chromium. The value of withstand voltage increases remarkably with the increase in the amount of for example Cr added to Ni3Al, with the effect appearing when the amount of Cr exceeds 5%, reaching its maximum at about 30%, almost saturating above that value with reduced increment up to about 60%. Although current cutoff performance increases with the increase in the amount of Cr added to Ni3Al up to about 60% of Cr, the increment is small.

    • PURPOSE:To process information efficiently by the system of a photorecording alloy tablet by using a recording medium made of alloy which enables signals to be recorded, reproduced, and erased photothermally for a display device. CONSTITUTION:Laser light 1 from a laser diode 51 is shaped by a collimator lens 52 and a shaping prism 53. Then, the beam is passes through a polarization beam splitter 54, reflected by a polygon mirror 58, and scanned on an information processor 102. This processor 102 has a convex recording medium support part 3 and makes the laser light 1 incident on the recording medium 2 at an 90 deg. angle of incidence. Its reflected light has its optical path changed by the polarization beam splitter 54 and a sensor 55 reads information out of the reflected light. Signals are recorded, reproduced, and erased on this recording medium 2 photothermally. Then, plural terminal controllers are combined with display tablets of plural information processors 102 to constitute the tablet system. Thus, the signals are recorded, reproduced, and erased by using the photorecording alloy tablets, so multiterminal information is processed efficiently.
