    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid a serious accident of igniting and exploding a hydrocarbon refrigerant, by mixing the refrigerant and a refrigerating machine oil with a coloring ink, and mounting at a connector of piping or the like a member for absorbing and discoloring leaked coloring ink. SOLUTION: A hydrocarbon(HC) mixed with a coloring ink and a refrigerating machine oil are sealed in a refrigerating cycle. Further, a discoloring member made of a cellulose fiber material or the like and having a thickness of about 0.5 to 1.0 mm is mounted at each of connecting parts 19, 19a, 20 of piping or the like. The member absorbs a refrigerant and a refrigerating machine oil when the refrigerant and the oil colored by the ink are leaked, and discolored to red, blue or the like. When the member absorbs the refrigerant and the oil, its leakage becomes apparent. Thus, leakage of the HC refrigerant can be visually sensed, the HC refrigerant can avoid a serious accident of igniting and exploding the refrigerant.

    • PURPOSE:To lower vibrations and noises, and to improve energy efficiency by heating pressing-injecting a crystalline thermoplastic resin having a glass transition temperature of 40 deg.C or more into the clearances of a permanent magnet, an adjacent permanent magnet, a yoke, an end-section protective member and an outer-circumference protective member and cooling and solidifying the thermoplastic resin. CONSTITUTION:Yokes 1, to which hole sections into which cylindrical members 8 can be penetrated are formed previously, are constituted cylindrically by a magnetic substance such as iron, and a plurality of magnets 2 are arranged cylindrically on the outer circumferential sections of the yokes 1. Cylindrical external protective members 3 are fitted, end-section protective members 4a are installed at both ends in the axial direction, and the cylindrical members 8 are engaged into the end-section protective members 4a and the hole sections of the yokes 3. A crystalline thermoplastic resin such as polyphenylene sulfide having a glass transition temperature of 40 deg.C or more is heated and pressure- injected from the detente holes 10 combining filler holes of the end-section protective members 4a, and a rotor constitutional member is fixed mechanically and cooled, thus completing a rotor.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent a carbide from being formed in a discharge valve as well as to secure good sealability over a long period of time, by forming an oil-repellent resin layer on a surface of the discharge valve in a compressive mechanism part, in the case of the compressor that housed an electric motor and the compressive mechanism part in a case. CONSTITUTION:A compressor to be used for a refrigerator or the like has a compressive mechanism part, housing a rotor 6 to be rotated by the electric motor housed in a common vessel via a crankshaft 11 in a cylinder 5. This compressive mechanism part, in turn, has a discharge valve 3 discharging the refrigerant gas compressed at time of completion of a compression stroke, at the lower bearing 1. This discharge valve 3 consists of a lower discharge valve 3a and an upper discharge valve 3b, and its opening limit is regulated by a retainer 2 to be positioned in the outermost part. In this case, an oil- repellent resin layer consisting of a fluororesin polymer or the like such as ethylene polytetrafluoride, etc., is formed on a surface of the lower discharge valve 3a, whereby a carbide is prevented from being formed on the surface.
