    • PURPOSE:To simplify and miniaturize a structure as well as to enhance the dissolving efficiency by arranging a packing layer on a pressurized water recirculating flow passage in a tank so as to dissolve a gas sufficiently. CONSTITUTION:Into an upper lid 2 of a tank 1, a pressure meter connecting pipe 4 having a pressure meter 5 at an upper end thereof and a raw water supply pipe 3 are opened. To an upper portion in the tank 1, a liquid receiving portion 6 is provided and, to a bottom surface of the liquid receiving portion 6, a pipe 8 is provided along a center shaft in the tank 1 and a lower end of the pipe 8 is provided to a lower portion in the tank 1. Moreover, a gas introducing pipe 9 is pierced through a central bottom portion of the tank 1 and opened to a trumpet like portion of the pipe 8 by a nozzle 10. Further, in a lower portion of the liquid receiving portion 6, a packing layer 11 is formed on a lower porous plate 12 in the tank 1. To a lower portion of the porous plate 12, an excessive gas exhaust pipe is firstly opened and, to a further lower portion, a pressurized water exhaust pipe 14 is opened.

    • PURPOSE:To lengthen the regenerating disposal intervals of filling substance by a method wherein flow rectifying member materials are mounted to a floating separation portion, bubble groups, which rise, are accompanied by SS portions in waste water, and a liquid flow obtained by separating and removing the SS portions is filling-electrolyzed when disposing waste water by combining a floating separation method and a filling elecrrolysis method. CONSTITUTION:Waste water AA, whose SS portions are removed to a certain extent, is introduced into a feed tank 15, and supplied to a rising flow path 20 by means of a water feed port 20. The waste water rises with minute bubbles H, and SS portions I in the waste water are floated and separated. A layer of scum II is formed on the surface of a liquid, the waste water, most of SS portions thereof are removed, flows into a floating separating region 6 from a void between flow rectifying member materials 17a, 17b, one portion makes up a rising flow with the bubbles H, and one portion reaches an upper surface of a filling electrolysis region 7. The waste water passes among conductive substance 23 polarized, reaches the base of the electrolysis region 7, and is discharged as disposed water.

    • PURPOSE:To recover waste water as intermediate water to be used in toilet flushing and other purposes, by adding coagulant to waste water to float the suspended substance with air bubbles as scum, and floating fine suspended substance with bubbles of oxygen and hydrogen produced by hydrolysis, and adsorbing organic matter, etc. with active carbon. CONSTITUTION:Coagulant 5 such as aluminum sulfate is added to waste water 10 to be treated to adjust pH to 6-8, and is introduced into a floatation band 1 in the treating tank from a lower part 12. At the same time, air is dissolved in an air dissolving tank 3, and the air pressurized in a compressor 4 is introduced. The supended substance in the waste water is changed to scum 9 by the coagulant, and floats up with air bubbles produced from the pressurized water, and is discharged as overflow. The discharge water goes down in an electrolytic band 2, and passes through granular active carbon 7 charged in a supporting electode 6. Fine suspended substance is floated and removed by the bubbles of oxygen and hydrogen generated from the surface of active carbon 7 polarized by inter-electrode voltage. The organic matter, nitrogen compound and metal ions in the waste water are adsorbed and removed by the active carbon, so that intermediate water to be used as toilet flushing water and air conditioning water may be recovered.

    • PURPOSE:To provide the subject system wherein a plurality of filters provided with elastic precision filtration films are connected as seed crystal recovering devices to the circulation path of exhaust brine and arranged so that filtration and inverse cleaning are alternately carried out through change-over valves, whereby adherence of scales to the circulation system is prevented. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust brine containing seed crystals is introduced by opening a change-over valve 24 into a filter 9 having a large number of filtration members formed by extending elastic filtration films on tubular supporters, and the brine not containing filtered seed crystals is exhausted through a valve 28. When a large quantity of seed crystals are adsorbed to the filtration film surface and hence the filtration pressure is increased, a change-over valve 25 is opened to change over to a filter 10 and to exhaust the brine not containing seed crystals through a valve 29. Upon this occasion, when valves 24 and 28 are closed but valves 26 and 30 are opened and an inverse washing pump 11 is operated, the brine not containing seed crystals flows into the filter 9 from the inverse direction and exfoliates and removes seed crystals which have been arrested by the filtration films, the seed crystals being supplied in the circulating brine together with the supplied seawater.
