摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To output voice signals having tone colors which differ from the tone colors of a user by converting the voice signals of the voice generated by the user. SOLUTION: The voice of the user is converted into electric signals by a microphone 101 and becomes control sound signals. A controlled-sound generator 107 reads a predetermined waveform from a controlled-sound data storage device 106 in accordance with the pitch and the frequency components of the control sound signals and conducts a pitch conversion. A frequency components converter 108 puts the frequency characteristics of the words generated by the user obtained by a frequency component analyzer 105 to the controlled-sound signals inputted from the generator 107 so that the features of the words are added. The controlled-sound signals, to which words frequency characteristics are added by the converter 108, are converted into analog voices by a D/A converter 109, amplified to an optimum level by an amplifer 110 and outputted as simulated voice signals. Thus, the device converts the voice signals of the user's voice into the voice signals having tone colors of a different person.

摘要： PURPOSE: To provide a data receiver suitable for charging for deciphering and storage of signals capable of receiving and deciphering or storing enciphered signals while protecting a copyright. CONSTITUTION: An arithmetic operation is performed to the initial value of a cipher separated in a reception separation circuit 111 in an arithmetic circuit 112 and a key signal is calculated. The calculated key signal is enciphered in an encipherment circuit 115 by using a user ID stored in a memory 113 and it is multiplexed with main data in a multiplex circuit 116 and recorded and stored in a data storage device 140. The signals inputted from the data storage device 140 are separated into the main data and the key signal in a separation circuit 117 and the key signal is deciphered by using the user ID of the memory 113 in a first deciphering circuit 118. Further, a pseudo random number is generated in a random number generation circuit 120 to which the key signal is inputted and the main data ciphered in a transmission station are deciphered in a second deciphering circuit 121 by using the pseudo random number.

The recording signal is recorded in a magneto-optical disk 105, the recorded signal is reproduced by a signal reproducing processing circuit 106, the compressed recording signal, and the compressed reproduced signal are switched by a switching circuit 107, and the switched signal is outputted from an output terminal 110. On the other hand, the output of the circuit 106 is simply extended by a simple signal extending processing circuit 108 and an extended signal is outputted to a photographed video checking display device 109 and an external video checking display device 400. An output from the terminal 110 is extended by an external extending processing adaptor 200 and the extended signal is outputted to a picture quality evaluating display device 30.
