    • PURPOSE:To suppress deformation, etc., of covers due to the heat at the time of mounting and improve the productivity by making the external connection terminal part visible with eyes and thickening the thickness of the covers without widening the mounting surface area of a realy on a circuit substrate. CONSTITUTION:The external face of circumferential wall of a cover 6 to be mounted on a relay main body 2 is so made as to locate near the region formed in the case the tips of respective external connection terminals 22a-1', 22b-1', 22b-2' of the main body 2 are connected. Also, in the region corresponding to each external connection terminal, a connection region for at least a circuit substrate 4 of each external connection terminal is composed while a recessed part which can be observed with eyes from right above or obliquely above outside is formed. As a result, the thickness of the circumferential wall of the cover 6 except the regions corresponding to the external connection terminals is made thick in the region of the external connection installation, that is, the range of the region where connection electrodes of the substrate 4 are formed. Consequently, deformation and strain and damage of the cover due to the heat at the time of being mounted on the substrate 4 are prevented and the productivity is improved.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a sufficient noise reduction effect by means of a new electromagnetic relay of a size equal to that of a normal electromagnetic relay by sealing a plurality of contact springs each provided with a contact and a driving unit containing an electromagnet which is formed by winding a coil around an iron core and an armature in an airtightly sealable console together with liquid. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of contact springs 3 each provided with a contact 31 and a driving unit 2 containing an electromagnet 23 which is formed by winding a coil 22 around an iron core 21 and an armature 24 are sealed in an airtightly sealable console 1 together with liquid 4. Thus, operation noise which propagates in the air and is emitted outside is eliminated and also operation noise propagating via reed terminals or the like can be suppressed. Thus a sufficient noise reduction effect can be obtained with a size of a new electromagnetic relay equal to that of a normal electromagnetic relay so that an electromagnetic relay whose number of parts and number of assembling man- hours are equivalent to those of the normal electromagnetic relay can be obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To attain sure and stable read/write to/from a track of the maximum storage density by abutting the 1st magnetic head supported fixedly on a storage area including a track having the highest storage density and abutting the 2nd magnetic head movable via a floppy disc to be mated to the magnetic head on the storage area. CONSTITUTION:A carriage 1 movable horizontally by motor drive supports upward the magnetic head 4 via a gimbal spring 3. A carriage 7 supporting downward the magnetic head 6 via a fixed plate 21 has one end of a plate spring 8 at the lower face of the right end. The magnetic head 6 giving/receiving (R/W) information to and from the track having the maximum storage density is fixed to the carriage 7 and the magnetic head 4 opposing to the magnetic head 6 is supported rockably via the gimbal spring 3, then the read/write to the maximum density track is ensured stably and the reliability of the magnetic head support mechanism is improved.
